Due to bad luck with plumbing at our home and our retail business, we've worked with Steele Services three separate times and it's always been perfect. I really hope I never need to call him again, but I always will at the first sign of water damage because the work is always perfect.

I met Scott and team due to tornado damage. They worked with met to put my house back together even better than it was before the damage. The work included the interior and exterior of my home. Scott has a great team and they all know something very stressful has happened to you and show patience and understanding. They also worked with the insurance company to make sure all damage was covered. When water damaged occurred at my parent's home a few months later, we called Steele Services to help. They made the process easy for them which a great result. Highly recommend.

We were devastated when our upstairs bathroom toilet overflowed. Scott walked me through the entire process and was courteous and professional throughout. He was able to explain what to expect from him as well as our insurance company. He and Marcus answered all my questions and provided updates when needed. Everything looks better than it did before they came. Also every professional they sent out was helpful and explained their steps as well. My new carpet feels amazing by the way. I’m grateful for this team and the amazing work they did

Three trees had fallen on our house and did considerable damage. It happened during Covid so I am certain it had some bearing on the timing. It was not until October before the job was complete. Given the amount of damage I would say the job was successful. The molding around the kitchen cabinets was grey. The contractor were supposed to save them and did not. These still need painted but we just wanted the process to be over so we offered to finish them.

We were hit by the March 3rd tornado, and our home had significant damage. They made a very inconvenient and frustrating situation a great experience throughout the tornado recovery months and then COVID-19 stretch. I appreciate all the detailed work, and communication from Scott, Marcus and his team! Highly recommend this company and would use again and again! Thanks guys!
