Jon Fellner is a great lawyer who has been in the game for a while. He doesn’t beat around the bush and gives your straight answers. He was about to go on vacation and still agreed to meet with me in the morning for a quick evaluation on my case. He really took the time and effort to help me out. Mr. Fellner defended me in a bogus DC protective order case. He was the only attorney willing to take my case as many lawyers said we could not win because the standard was so low. We went to trial and prevailed. Mr. Fellner is not just a skilled attorney but a pragmatic strategist for his client. I hired Jonathan Fellner to represent me in a misdemeanor criminal case during 2017 in Montgomery County, MD. He was very helpful and supportive while handling my case. He assured me he would do his best to resolve the matter quickly and decisively, and he did exactly that. He was contentious with the state's attorney's office regarding my case and was able to substantiate my innocence. Ultimately the case was dismissed and he even made sure to file the expungement forms for me at no additional cost. This arrest has been successfully expunged from my record and I can't thank Mr. Fellner enough

I was referred to Jonathan Fellner, Attorney at Law through a friend who knew him personally. My friend actually shared my experience of receiving a ticket which I thought was racial profiling. I live and work in Bethesda, Md . I received a $80 ticket while I was riding my bicycle. The officer told me I could not ride my bicycle on the side walk as others where riding right by me and the officer. I've never witnessed another person being stopped or ticketed in Bethesda for this action.
