ROOM 425 - BUYER BEWARE! Our family stayed in Room 425 from Oct 25th to Oct 31st. The AC broke down the 1st night and we were not moved to another room until the 28th. This is a 2 bedroom unit with no AC vents in the bedrooms. You have to leave the bedroom doors opened to even get air from the living room, plus, with no AC, it was like a sauna. The dishwasher was broken, the water & ice dispensers and the floors were dirty but we were able to manage without them. The broken AC was unacceptable. All we wanted was a room that we paid for. Cockroaches found in the shower drains!!!!!! Don't waste your money. Our family of 6 + baby stayed at a "penthouse" at ilikai hotel resort. They never disclose to you that you won't be able to utilize any amenity of the hotel. You pay $28 a day for parking versus (hotel guest $14). You cannot access, the pool, gym, valet or even bell services to help with your bags. The unit 2603 is old, outdated. The cheapest thinnest toilet paper, zero bottles of water or complimentary coffee or anything. 1 tiny twin mattress with and indentation in the center and 1 sad sad pull out bed that many of us fell through

Ilikai penthouse: very nice location and view BUT. The oldest lookin place ever. Doors were hard to close, some rooms had no AC, you have no access to any ilikai amenities. No bell service, and says it can sleep six people when it was a twin bed and a raggedy pullout couch. Parking was 28 dollars a night, no complimentary water or coffee or ANYTHING. Elevators were always packed could never get one. It was an all hands off welcome, very unhappy. What is the point of paying all that money for this so called “penthouse”. I wouldn’t rent from here if I were you.

Great experience. I read numerous reviews about the fact that you reserve, pay and stay without ever talking to anyone. A little nerve racking but after reading other reviews that it was all legitimate, I went ahead and booked. Read, read, read. Whenever I did think of a question I went back to the site and my question was usually answered on their FAQ page. I would highly recommend this site because I found the prices to be most reasonable for a large family needing a kitchen. We stayed in 1626 and 1616 at the Ilikai and both condos were stocked well with cooking supplies and looked just like

We rented Unit 410. The condo was ok for proximity. The actual unit was not worth the price. The screen doors of the two balconies did not lock. The couches were dirty with stain marks. The unit needs some real work with respect to paint. The cleaning was questionable. Dirt / cockroaches / ants though out the unit. Will not stay again.

Stayed in Room #1722 this past April. Had a wonderful stay. Room was well equipped and comfortable for the most part. Bed could've been a little bit firmer was on the softer side. Other than that everything was perfect. Room offered an amazing view of the ocean and city as well. You can't really find a better deal than Waikiki Beach Rentals. We will be staying there again in February of 2022 for 9 more nights. If you're looking for a room that offers you a small living area, lanai with great views, and kitchen then I highly recommend staying here. You won't find a better price.

Ilikai 514 - We had an absolute blast in this condo. When we arrived, we had the code and walked right in to a room with the best view. Everything in the photos was accurate, the place was comfortable with everything we needed for a week's stay. There were plenty of the necessities and what we didn't have we could find in the store in the lobby. It may have been a bit costlier, but in a pinch, snacks, water, toiletries, and souvenirs were at hand. We loved both pool areas, but spent more time in the upper pool which was less crowded and less noisy. Plenty of seating to distance and we appreciated

Ilikai 2031 - The condo is beautifully appointed, and the view is gorgeous. Great sunsets from the balcony! The air-conditioning works very well, and the beds are very comfortable. It was perfect for two weeks for my wife and I and our two kids. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and the bus stop is right outside the entrance to the Ilikai. We only wished the kitchen had a few more tools to work with, as we did cook many of our meals at the condo. We would stay again.

Great condos in the Ilikai. Very accommodating and we stayed at a different unit due to a leak and went to our original unit once it was totally dry, ready and inspected. Seamless move and communication was excellent! Emails are answered quickly, maintenance arrives when expected, very efficient, friendly and helpful for all your questions, concerns and needs! I would highly recommend WBR! Mahalo and Fa'a Fe tai tele!

We had a marina view condo On the 5th floor which was very nice because we could see the ocean, beautiful sunsets and didn’t have the afternoon heat. The location was also wonderful - right on Waikiki with either access to the beach or shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
The condo itself was clean and nice, but very bare. They said it was their 2nd home but they didn’t have any essentials so clearly it is a rental. Although there was a kitchen, it wasn’t convenient to use because there weren’t any basics - Coffee, salt and pepper, etc. The other thing was they had a thing about not using
