Ali'i Beach Rentals is a licensed, full service real estate brokerage and property management company backed by the National Association of Realtors, and the Better Business Bureau, authorized to deal in real estate in the state of Hawaii; thus your travel plans and your deposits are secure. When you call, we answer.
Need more space? If you have a large group or want more than one of our properties for your vacation, you're in the right place! The "Houses that Work Together" are either on the same property or very close to one another. If you have any questions, just call one of our vacation rental specialists and they will be happy to assist you.
A: A $100 Nonrefundable Deposit is required upon confirmation of booking and will be applied to your balance. The full amount of the remaining balance is due and payable 30 days prior to check-in. If you book a rental that is less than 30 days before check in payment is due immediately. We will email you approximately one week prior to your payment date to remind you when your payment is due.
Everything went off without a hitch. On-line booking was fast. Check-in was a breeze as was the check-out. The Alii Beach Rental App was helpful. The Condo was just as advertised. While the building was obviously older, it was kept up quite well. There were (2) gas grills on the rooftop which we used regularly and never had to wait, as guests would share 1/2 if they were there first.
The different areas of Oahu have some striking contrasts. From a relaxing tropical playground to an exciting metropolitan experience. All of the best qualities of Hawaii are perfectly situated in this charming little island. Enjoy Waikiki's trendy cosmopolitan feel with everything from Louis Vuitton to local crafts, world class cuisine to plate lunches, hip night life to hula lessons.

Horrible!!! Rented a two bedroom unit and the door is locked to the main bedroom. Contact information is out of date and I was told they no longer supported the unit. No other contact available. Left messages with Alii but they are closed. The Wi-Fi password is also out of date. DO NOT rent through this company!!!

It went smooth for me to reserve my condo with Ali Beach Rentals. Everything worked out and it was not hard to check in and get my keys ... the place was perfect for my girl's and I. I was happy to know we had access to every accommodation to living to beach accessories in the gated garage area. I would definitely stay there again. 2014 it's been a little while 🤷♀️

We initially booked our trip for April 2020, but were postponed due to Covid. Once we arrived, we found out that the property we had reserved was no longer under management from Ali'i Beach Rentals. We called their emergency line and within 20 minutes Ka'ili Hopkins had given us the info for another property to stay at. The next day when we called the office to sort things out, the wonderful Rita informed us that we could stay at the current location. It took our trip from good to great! Their responsiveness, kindness, and professional manner were all very welcome for what could have been a miserable

I stayed two months at a Waikiki condo hosted by Ali Beach Rental. The condo is spacious and clean, with all the utilities I need, and the price is good. Ali Beach Rental stuff is very responsible and quickly respond to any questions/issues I have and promptly get them addressed. I am super happy with my stay, and will definitely choose Ali Beach Rental in future if I visit Honolulu again.

I had the pleasure of enjoying a month long stay with Ali’i. I booked an ocean view apartment and it was extremely well equipped with all the necessities to make the stay comfortable. The apartment was stones throw away from the Fort DeRussy beach and within walking distance of many restaurants and grocery stores. The bed, the furniture, the kitchen essentials, everything was put together with care and comfort in mind. The instructions on how to access the condo was outstanding.
My wife and I stayed for 38 days in the one bedroom condo, it was great.
We had plenty of towels, sheets and also beach towels for the two of us.
The apartment was clean and had everything if you wanted to cook.
We decided to rent a car since we had our own "FREE" parking space in the garage.
The location of The Royal Kuhio was great, just a short walk to the beach.
We would definitely rent this apartment again. (2408)

We had an excellent experience with Ali'i Beach Rentals. We stayed at the Waikiki Banyan (Tower 2, Unit 1504) between November - December 2020 (30 nights today). Gabby/Rita were excellent to work with. Responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly in all of our interactions. The condominium was clean, spacious, and perfectly located within a 5 minute walk to the beach.
Highly recommend and will definitely plan to work with this team the next time we plan a trip to Oahu.

Spent a week in 1204 at the Waikiki Beach Tower and it was everything as promised. Met promptly by Gabriela, who showed us around the apartment and offered to help in any way. Even though we didn't need her help during our stay, it was reassuring to know that her friendly smile was only a phone call away. The apartment was clean and provided everything that you could possibly need. Great location. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
