Meet the Team Report

Dr. Russell Gilliam has been working in West Tennessee for over 20 years since graduating from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis Tennessee in 1993. He matriculated at the University of Tennessee at Martin and the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and still wishes he could attend again as a non-traditional student.

Services Report

Dr. Gilliam and Dr. Donaldson can diagnose and treat eye diseases and identify general eye health problems including diabetes, anemia, high blood pressure, and others. We can also test for and fit specialty eyewear for sports, occupations, other activities and hobbies, and safety glasses. We can answer your questions about optometry services, our eye care practice, eye health products, and more.

I am always very pleased with the staff members of EyeCare Center of Martin. They are very friendly and available to help at each visit. Dr. Donaldson is very knowledgeable of my vision condition and is there to answer any questions I may have. I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone.

You just do not get any better than Dr Gilliam and his team of nurses and super friendly staff. You really can see that they are all sincerely concerned about your vision and eye care needs.

Dr Donaldson and all the staff were wonderful considering the office was short staffed due to a few of them being out with Covid. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable. I enjoyed my visit and would recommend Eye Care Center of Martin to everyone.
