I went to see if I could get a fireplace window duplicated; I took my glass in and they had measurements and information down very quickly. Turn around time was fast!!! The expertise and customer service was remarkable. You can really tell the owner and his team care about their customers and the service they provide.

Our shower door was failing and we were able to get the repair we needed with short turnaround time. Roger took our call and was very understanding with our scheduling needs -- despite how crazy busy they are these days -- and was able to fit us in since they were already in the area. Vernon and Jaime who showed up to do the work were very courteous and did a professional job. We are very happy with the job they did and will call them again next time!

We had used Santa Fe Glass and Mirror in the past for a shower glass installation. The workers were courteous and showed up on time. We were wanting to get another bathroom updated so we set up a measurement appointment. I had to call the company after no one showed. The owner, Roger, called and ended up hanging up on me when I voiced my irritation that no one had showed for my appointment. There was no attempt at providing any customer service what so ever. Don’t use this company if you have another viable option.

This is the most frustrating business I’ve ever tried to work with! I ordered a simple glass table top from them almost 1 month ago and it’s still not delivered. I was told it would be delivered last week and they were a no show. I keep calling them abs leaving a message to find out if / when they’ll ever deliver but no one calls me back. I regret not taking their poor reputation seriously

I had a broken window so I called Santa Fe glass and mirror to come out to replace. They measured the window, ordered it and then told me it needed to be tinted. Once they had it tinted they came out too install the window. I was then told I needed to go to their office to pay by credit card or there would be an additional charge. I went to pay and then came home, I noticed the new window was already cracked! I called and the young man who I spoke to said that they would replace the window free of charge. These folks are SO screwed up and SO backward. I mean, how in the world they are still in business is baffling! Three bozos came and measured about 20 windows to be replaced (VERY PRICEY), but never marked which ones out of a group of 80 windows-- then came back 3 more times with the wrong sized glass as they took the wrong measurements (did I mention 3 different times)? It was weeks on end before they finally showed up with the correct size but this time they'd forgotten all their other supplies-- they'd left them at the shop and had to reschedule with us. Oyvay!! I finally ordered them

We just finished our work with SF Glass & Mirror and they did a terrific job ... we couldn’t be happier! They installed a glass shower door and a full length mirror in our master bath/closet. In shortthey did everything a homeowner could hope for. They were very responsive, they did exactly what they promised, their work was completed on time and on budget, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. I will absolutely use them again.

Santa Fe Glass & Mirror has installed different style glass bathroom enclosures in two of our bathrooms. Our experience with the owner, office and installation staff has been excellent. Responsive, skilled and high quality work. Will and Antonio just finished installing the glass on our second bathroom. They arrived on time, were very polite, and worked quickly and quietly. There are a bunch of glass and mirror companies in Santa Fe. I would recommend Santa Fe Glass & Mirror without reservation.

Do not buy anything from these clowns and liars! They provided the same quote several times, but then tried to charge quite a bit more when the items were delivered.
Moreover, it was impossible to have an actual conversation with the delivery guys; it was like talking to the Three Stooges:

Visited this glass company 2 weeks ago for a custom cut mirror. After talking with one of the employee (Gulys) on witch exact cut and size I needed, he was vary helpful and fixed me up the perfect fit mirror for the project I would definitely recommend this place friendly, quick and exemplary service.

Santa Fe Glass and Mirror has HORRIBLE service! We dropped off our door to our fireplace with broken glass a week and a half ago. They said it would fixed in three days, but never called. We called a week later, they said it would come in the next day, no call. We called today, and they got the size wrong, even though they had the door itself to measure, so they have to reorder it. In this winter weather, it sucks not being able to use our fireplace. Very disappointed...
