Keen improvements were professional, on time, clean and their work is fantastic. They completely gutted and remodeled my bathroom. They did tiles, electrical work, plumbing and floor installations. They gave suggestions and ideas with pictures and samples to choose from. I am planning to renovate my kitchen next and will definitely use them again. Thanks Juan and crew for the great work!

Keen Improvements are a team of dedicated craftsman who approach each project with artistry and precision. They also genuinely care about their clientele. Juan and the Keen Improvements team were able restore the floors in my 1920s house to their original glory, and the tile work they’ve done for me in the bathroom is truly fantastic. At this point I wouldn’t look elsewhere when it comes to any and all home renovations. I highly recommend Keen Improvements no matter the size or scope of the project at hand.

I hired Juan to repair a leak in my bathroom . Juan and his team did a great job . They was very knowledgeable, respectful and Juan had great communication with me with updates and times . There was one worker who I called L Because I could not pronounce his name that was very pleasant always had a smile and respectful he worked non stop with that same smile . We loved working with Juan and his team for our bathroom transformation! They were meticulous, professional, friendly, prioritized safety during COVID, and collaborative. I had a vision and specific things I wanted and he found ways to make everything work and optimize even further. We had Juan and his team remodel a bathroom and improve a second bathroom. We found them to be professional and prompt (kept us informed on a daily basis), the work quality was excellent (paying attention to details) helpful if issues surfaced (problem solving) and thoughtful (cleaning up before leaving every night). We would highly recommend them for any project large or small you undertake!!
