We used Ryan Davis to completely re-do the kitchen in our 200 year old home. The project entailed gutting the existing 1990’s style (cheaply done) kitchen and tile flooring, adding a window, moving the location of the dishwasher and sink, moving a doorway, opening a wall for open concept, installing a new exterior door, all new plumbing and new electrical fixtures, and lighting (including under cabinet lights, recessed lights and accent lighting). Most importantly, and a testament to Ryan’s craftsmanship, it included installing 200 year old tongue and groove reclaimed barn wood as flooring

Ryan did a full renovation of our home, which was built in 1800 and, when we purchased it, in very poor condition. Ryan is very knowledgeable about older homes and was able to transform ours into a beautiful space. I appreciated Ryan’s patience in explaining every part of the process and his consistent communication to keep me in the loop, as well as his concern for our safety as we were moving into the home with a newborn. I highly recommend RDC!

Ryan took on a wine cellar project in the basement of our house. As you can imagine, a wine cellar is unique in that not only does it need a certain look but it needs to be environmentally sealed and cooled separate form the rest of the house/basement. Ryan’s work is top notch and he did his research on the specific materials used in building a wine cellar. We plan to finish the rest of our basement and Ryan will be the first call for a quote.

We hired Ryan to be the contractor on our kitchen renovation. He did an exceptional job! He organized the plumber and electrician and installed all the cabinets and appliances. When unanticipated problems arose, he knew exactly how to deal with them. He really knows his business and does a great job. He was trustworthy and a craftsman. The kitchen is perfect and we have Ryan to blame for that...
