They are so wonderful and kind. Did a great job vaccinating my autistic daughter. Did not make us feel badly about not having appointments. Despite being busy they answered all of my questions with a smile. They were honest about when the next shipment of pfizer would arrive and worked with my to get my under 18 son vaccinated. They worked to get a shipment of home Covid tests for our community and they were charged a lot for these tests. (They are not making a large profit on this, they are small business that got gouged on the cost of the tests.) We are lucky to have them in New City.

I had my 7 year old daughter vaccinated here and the nurse or the person who administered her shot was amazing. Kept her at ease and it was very quick. Very little wait time. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

I purchased a Covid at home kits on 12/27/2021 from New City Pharmacy. The kit cost 22.99 for 1 test. The same test, same brand cost 9.99 at cvs. New city pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves. They made a killing without batting an eye. You do the math. They received a shipment of 3,000 kits , sold each kit for $13 over what they should cost. That should be Illegal. If Cvs sells them for $9.9 9, they still have to make a profit think about the profit New City Pharmacy makes every time the get a shipment. I hope their employees are seeing some of those earnings. It’s just not right!!

This place is selling COVID tests for double the price it's sold elsewhere. They indicated that due to the Christmas season and it's demand, they can set the price however they want. This is the same as pricing a bottle of water that is normally 1 dollar and selling it for 10 to the desperate masses. Shame on you new city pharmacy. Take your business elsewhere.

This pharmacy is one of the reasons I love Mom and Pop pharmacies! The pharmacists Nora and Vivian and the entire pharmacy staff go above and beyond for you. And they actually ANSWER the phone! This is going to be my pharmacy from now on.

My sister, husband and I received our COVID 19 vaccinations at the New City Pharmacy after being made aware of the site by our good friend Donna Griffin. It was a stress free experience thanks to the expertise, professionalism, and friendliness of Kenny, Yolanda and Amy. Thank you all for your dedication and excellent service.

I have to thank the staff in New City Pharmacy who were so quick & professional delivering the Covid 19 vaccine this week. Every one was keep safe and orderly while the pharmacy distribution of the vaccine was a success. We got our shot and scheduled for part 2. We were so impressed with the way their staff worked that we decided to make them our pharmacy forever. Big switch from Walgreens who just treats you like a number. Kudos for all your hard work. Beautiful store, fast service, friendly staff! They offer prescription pick up and delivery and will order a medication for you if they don't have it in stock. Definitely recommend!

New City Pharmacy is exceptional! Nora, the pharmacist, is resourceful, patient, ethical and extremely helpful to all customers. She goes above and beyond and is always looking to work with your insurance company.The store is immaculate and all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. New City Pharmacy is a breath of fresh air in comparison to large, chain pharmacies.

Phenomenal first experience. Pharmacist was incredibly patient.
Walgreens down there street said medication had been recalled but failed to mention this was the brand name and not the generic. The generic was available and New City Pharmacy let me know. A great reminder to support small local businesses.
