We offer our patients short waiting times, usually only 15-20 minutes for new prescriptions, not the average four hour wait time as with many pharmacy chains. We have different flavors to make liquids more palatable for children. Our interactive voice system allows you to call in your refills 24-hours a day.

Stopped in while working in town for bandaids and an instant ice pack because I accidentally whacked myself in the face with a tool. Everyone who worked there was warm and helpful. Since there were no instant ice packs, a man behind the pharmacy counter rushed to give me a frozen one to use at that moment and even offered to give it to me if I needed it. Honestly extremely kind people working there, if I lived in the area, that experience alone would make me start coming here. Thanks so much!

I was in the area and my physician had to call in my prescriptions from out of state. The woman behind the counter came to the register, I gave my name and she returned with 2 bottles. I told her, no there was more and some in a box.
She turned back to the prescription area and grabbed another 2 bottles, but no box. I asked her about the box and she said that was all there was for me. We went home to my daughters and I opened the package and just as I surmised, one prescription was missing.
I phoned my doctor, and I was told that all my meds were called in. I then had to call the pharmacy

The service is excellent and the pharmacists and staff are the best. Very competent and helpful! Feel very secure with getting the correct prescription in a timely manner. If they don't have what my family needs they get it in quickly for us. Wait time is great also! Finding a parking spot is certainly worth going to Koblins. I refuse to go to Walgreens since it's like night and day. They are like our second family.

Koblin's is my go to place for my prescriptions, I love the pharmacists and find them very helpful figuring out insurance and drug interactions. I trust their advice and feel listened to. I think the rest of the staff are competent and usually friendly. I just wish the parking was easier in Nyack- Koblin's is in the busiest part of town, I do circle the blocks looking for a spot but I usually just try to go at less busy hours.

I've been a loyal Koblin's customer since I moved to Nyack 16 years ago. They opened up a Walgreens that is very close to my house and therefore more convenient, but I would rather deal with annoying parking in town and get my scripts taken care of at Koblin's. They know me and take good care of me. Service is always friendly. It's nice to see that things haven't changed since Jerry sold it. Ben, the pharmacist, is great. Takes the time to explain things and helps me out when there are insurance snafus.
