My Daughters phone screen stopped working and she needed her phone for school. We call them and they answered nice and i was able to get a screen repair appoiment that same day! Extremely unsatisfied.I dropped my phone off to replace a cracked screen. When I got the phone back the screen was replaced but the phone was damaged. The speaker does not work (wont even ring) and the fingerprint sensor is also not working. Instead of trying to resolve the issue with a simple refund as requested the employee became dramatic and argumentative on the phone (Brian). Take your business somewhere more professional. Plus the give a discount for 5 star reviews so beware all the great stories you read online...
