I used his services about a couple days ago. A Microsoft update made my computer almost usable. He quickly fixed it. But then this morning, it updated again and my computer was, again, a paper weight. I sent him a text and we made any appt and he fixed it. He also delayed anymore updates for about a month. He said he had a 30 day guarantee and he sure did! I am grateful and happy!!!
