Issaquah Pest Control

We have been using Issaquah Pest Control for a few months now and have noticed a significant difference. Josh came today to perform our quarterly service and was professional and thorough. We will definitely keep using them!

From the initial phone call to the completed initial inspection both the employees I worked with were incredibly helpful, nice and professional. I called another local pest control company prior to selecting Issaquah Pest Control. I'm glad I chose them.

They got me into the schedule quickly, and were very accommodating. Simon was extremely professional and helpful as our technician. Overall, he and the office were very communicative, prompt, and provided excellent service - would definitely recommend.

We hired Issaquah Pest Control after finding rat activity in our basement. Although they were more expensive than other companies ($500 for two visits instead of three as most other companies offered) they were able to come the soonest. They inspected our basement, filled a few small holes and set traps. We caught one rat and on the second visit the technician said the issue seemed to be taken care of. We had a Pest Control service today morning and had a very positive experience. Our technician, Josh, was very customer friendly and did a thorough job to inspect, removed spider webs and applied liquid treatment to protect from insects. He was kind enough to even to go in the crawl space and check if there are any insects and mice activities. Thank You Josh and Issaquah Pest Control.

We had a very good and professional experiance. Our technician could not complete our service because our house painters were here, and I did not realize the service would include spraying under the eaves. He did the crawl space inspection, and offered to come back as soon as the painting is complete and we have a dry day to finish. Very happy with this service!

Got my quarterly pest control visit done today by Stephen. This company has COMPLETELY solved our rodent and spider/bug problem. We live in a log house in the woods and have trouble with booring beetles eating little holes in the logs, rodents getting inside, spiders everywhere and yellow jackets making nests under the eaves. No more rodents! No more spiders! No more nests under the eaves! And ALMOST no more booring beetles (they are really tough to control) but I am confident they will solve that as well. When I requested a quote (over the weekend), I received the quote promptly on Monday morning. The service technician, Chris, arrived on time (I appreciated the ETA text as well). He masked up, offered to put on booties (I declined but he as willing and ready). Did a very thorough inspection of my attic and crawlspace, as well as exterior, and put down traps. Now I wait to see if the rats oblige.

I'll update this review a few months into the quarterly servicing.

We had a very aggressive wasp underground nest in our backyard and Josh from Issaquah Pest Control was assigned to us to get rid of that nest. Josh was very professional and answered all of our questions. The service was quick and on time, and I love how easy they make it to make an appointment (you can even do it online!).
