We own a business in East Montana and we Never, ever get our dumpster picked up on time! If you call the customer service they will tell you the truck will pick up by 5:00 and the next morning it hasn’t picked up. The company always has an excuse for being late, yet We never pay our bill late! Today makes 3 days late for pick up. We have trash and flies all over the place yet we can’t get this company to pick up. Terrible service!!

We might want to check all the 5 star reviews, to make sure they're not employees. When I first started working for the state, their service was great (5 Stars.) These last few years they constantly do not service our dumpster, but say they do. They claim to have GPS on all vehicles, but unless they go into a different dimension & service that dumpster, they have driver integrity issues. We end up using a lot of man hours calling & emailing them to do we pay them to do. We send them pictures of the full dumpster & they question the validity of the picture, as if someone would waste their time to

I work for one of the stores they are supposed to pick up from. Our company pays them to keep our dumpsters empty. They're supposed to pick up Thursdays. They started picking up Fridays and we haven't seen them in 3 Friday's now. Our stockroom is backed up full with recyclables and we were forced to overstuff our garbage bin. We call daily to get a machine that says they open at 8am. We're calling at 10am 12pm 2pm...! Still no answer. So they're getting paid by corporate offices and suffering the franchises. Not a smart way to do business.

Service is not consistent! They schedule you for certain dates of the week to pick up and they never show up. When you call them to complain they always say they had a truck issue but you will get serviced today and still don't show up or they say they already went when they did not go. I've been dealing with this for months/years. I call to complaint and they get it together for a couple of weeks then back to not showing up. Tried to cancel the contract due to them not doing their job unfortunately the contract renewed on its own before we were able to cancel.

I live in Chaparral New Mexico and I was about ready to get rid of my dumpster and Carmen came to my rescue and and I have a new dumpster and they did not dump it because they did not know where but she made sure the next day it was taken care of that kind of service is why I keep coming back thank you for all your support and her dedication to help our customers thank you so much Carmen for all your hard work

I would give them 0 stars but that is not an option. I started working with El Paso Disposal 4 or 5 years ago through the company I work for. In the beginning, we did not have any problems with their services. Recently, we started noticing that there were times when they would not empty out our trash bins or that our trash bins would get full quickly. We tried getting in contact with our account representative (H) to change the size of our trash container because we thought maybe we were just filling it up too fast. It always took at least 2 days to ever actually speak to H and apparently no one
