After a long night dealing with other AAA tow truck drivers, Robert really turned the situation around. He was very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and very efficient at doing his job!! I called AAA today when my alternator went out and my tow truck driver either Richard or Robert, I meant to write it down but I didn't he came to my work and then brought my car to my apartment. He was very friendly, and did a great job. I appreciate it and what can be a stressful situation. I may not be able to remember his name LOL but I remember his service and would highly recommend them!

TL;DR: League City Towing tried making up a fake policy and blaming it on AAA. AAA confirmed they have no such policy and never have. League City Towing refused to tow my girlfriends car to the dealership, and refused to tow it to our house. Worst experience and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I recommend you stay FAR away from this… company.

I called AAA for a tow because my vehicle would not shift into drive. Chris showed up and immediately said “I know what the problem is”. He climbed underneath and said “your shift cable came off”. He put it back on temporarily, and followed me home. I made the repair and it’s back on the road.

Yesterday, my car overheated, and I needed a tow to get home. Robert with League City Towing came to the rescue. Not only was he personable, but he took great care to make sure that my car did not get damaged taking it on or off of his truck, and took the same care when he towed it to our home. So long story short.. after having to spend $100 to have my truck towed home after I paid AAA $90... I called and spoke with Ramona. She was super sweet and I informed her what happened. The owner Romano (I think) called me and said he would work on refunding me. I went up there and met with Alan (super nice) and he refunded me my full amount instead of just the portion they owed me. I dealt with so much trouble and they were very efficient and quick with handling everything. They always help us with a tow! Highly recommended

10 stars! LC Towing came out to change my flat tire after I called AAA and the technician they sent was amazing. He was kind enough to help me search for my wheel locks, wait while I called the dealership to find out where they were and then instructed me on how to be safe while driving with the spare. (Dang it that I didn't catch his name! But I hope he knows who I'm talking about.) Thank you so much League City Towing!

It was you guys, I fixed the typo, it was a call on Galveston Island, Ferry Road. It was initiated by AAA Texas. The representative from your towing company on the phone, said that your company would not fix the damage that the driver caused to my vehicle. At the end of the week, I'm headed to the JPs office to file suit. Your representative on the phone got to a point of borderline slander about the situation. There can't be that many tows of a prius off of Ferry Road. My actual initials are K M.

I had a good experience with this company today, and wanted to credit them with going the extra mile to help me out. The wrecker arrived in 30 minutes to my house, and was very efficient. The customer service person even helped me with a discount on the price as I required a dolly charge which normally bumps up by another $55.

My car had a dead battery last Saturday afternoon. I called AAA and they sent League City towing out to the park in Webster where I'd been taking a walk. I was told it would take about an hour for the tech to arrive. The technician, Andres, arrived in about an hour, and courteously greeted me. He immediately diagnosed and replaced my dead battery. I was happy and relieved to be on my way. Thank you Andres!

I'm a long time AAA member. This is the company that does towing for AAA in the region I live in. Used their service several times over several years, and again today. They are always very friendly and polite. I've had nothing but good experiences with them over the years. League City towing company is great. Great bunch of gentleman they have working for them.
