Buying a boat was simply a pleasure with them! Communication back and forth was easy and timely. Any questions were answered promptly. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a KenCraft (or other boat manufacturer that they sell) give them a call! Right off Hwy 24 between Morehead and Swansboro (a little closer to Swansboro). My initial visit here was a year ago to register my boat. During that time I was able to check out their store which I remembered yesterday when my float to the pump stopped working. I found the exact float I had which made swapping out a breeze. I was able to get a few heat shrinking connectors as well. During my visit I spoke with a gentleman and learned about the different boat services (mechanic work) they do and now I’ll be taking my boat here to get the yearly service.

Went in and asked to order a part for my Stingray boat. Since they are a Stingray dealer and the girl at the counter looked at me like I three heads. Clerk: "you are looking to order a part?"
Me: " yes, I need a part for my Stingray boat"
Clerk: "You want to order a part here?
Me: " Yes"
Clerk: " We don't have your part here."
Me: "I haven't even told you what part it is"
Clerk: " You will have to speak to the owner"
Me: "OK...20 minutes later after watching three sales staff chatting and ignoring me...
I guess they are not in the business to sell parts, accesories or boats. They lost me
