They are the very best people to go to if you are interested in living in Terra Lago and they are also helpful for other locations outside of Indio too.

We began working with Gracie via email and she continued to send us houses that she felt met our profile. By the time we drove out to the desert to look at the homes Gracie had lined up for us on an organized list; we knew we would recognize the house that was meant to be for us; and that is what happened. The first house we saw was also the last one we looked at twice and we had made our choice. While in escrow Gracie provided us with a list of vendors that we needed to redecorate our new home. She made the entire process very easy for us. We were happy with all vendors that Gracie recommended

I have used Nilson Realty to purchase two homes, as my rental agent, and most recently to sell a home. From the very beginning I have liked that Gracie replies promptly, and is honest and direct. I require a lot of information and ask many questions, and both Gracie and Greg have shown great patience with me. Gracie and Greg helped my husband and I find our new CA. home. We moved cross country from New York and had many concerns because of the distance and not being able to be on site. Gracie helped hire painters, cleaning services and much more until we moved in.
