You've decided to take the first step to possibly relieving your knee, hip, shoulder or back pain by getting a free consultation with me. I am author of the book, "Ending Your Pain Nightmare" and I am Chiropractor and Nurse Practitioner. My goal has alway been to combine these two great professions and offer patients the best cutting-edge medical treatments available for pain.
We can help so many people today that were simply out of luck and had to learn to live with the pain not too long ago. It means that I feel you stand a very good chance to get good results from one or more of our treatments. Platelet Rich Plasma helps stimulate healing and is often helps the response to stem cell therapy.

If you are in real pain, you probably should not go here. They do not listen and only prescribe what they feel is necessary. Way of controlling people. People with real pain issues need to find a better clinic. They have no understanding of what pain older adults have. Wait til they are old. Then they will know.

So they screwed up my prescription and won't hold themselves accountable, instead are blaming the pharmacy, the lady who called me back from the dr wouldn't even allow me to speak, every time she would cut me off. How are you gonna be able to help my concerns if you won't even listen to the problem?! This experience alone has caused me to currently look for another office to go to because how can you help if you can't listen to the patient? Its not like I was asking much, I was respectful and let you finish what you had to say, all I ask is for the same respect.

I had to give it a star to write a review and this is a horrible place! My first visit to this place and I walked out after the so-called provider who wasn't even a doctor asked me if I wanted pain medication and that I had to give a urine for a drug test before I could be seen! The place is dirty and full of very unsavory people! I went to my primary care physician and they sent me back to her right away and she was livid! She called them and I could hear her reading them the riot act! If you need to see a professional practice go to RPK! THEY ARE MUCH BETTER!

Since Dr. Bradford left this place has declined in it's care for it's patience. The new doctor prescribed me medication
that after insurance cost $200. Just because I have private insurance doesn't mean I have full pockets I was unable to fill my meds so I just stop going. I will find a doctor who truly cares about my medical condition and the price of precipitation facing the American people today.

Waited 15 minutes after signing in to go up to the desk to get checked in. Was in the lobby for 45 minutes from my appointment time to be seen, to find out that they didn't follow through with treatment approval. Gave treatment documents from my previous pain management Dr, to find out that they only do medication and temporary fixes, like Sprix (max 5 day use) recommended to me for the headache I've had for months. What am I supposed to do after 5 days? Their plan seems to be keeping you in the office consistently instead of long term fix.

I have been a patient here for soon time now. For the most of that time, the providers have been wonderful except for one pa who is no longer there. The front desk staff is very courteous and professional.
However, I have found that it's difficult to communicate with staff by phone. On more than one occasion, I have called the office several time over the course of days each time leaving a message that is supposed to be returned the next day. Those messages were never returned which resulted in me having to make a 35 mile trip to speak with someone about ordering my medication. And yes I was treated

I am typing this review because my wife just called me crying after her appointment with Dr. Kim today. She has been a patient at Fayetteville Pain and Spine for quite a while due to well documented chronic back pain she began having while serving on active duty in the Army. After she transitioned out of the Army to focus on her education, she began being "seen" at the pain clinic and it has been an absolutely miserable experience for her as well as very damaging psychologically due to how she has been treated.

I find Fayetteville Pain & Spine to be one of the better pain management facilities. It is well ordered so you don't wait overly long. The staff is professionally pleasant. Physicians Assistants are overall caring and knowledgeable. The only drawback afflicts them like any other pain management clinic: the opioid addiction craze limits the amount of help they can offer, but they try extremely hard to find the best treatments for pain. Unlike pill milks, Fayetteville Pain & Spine actually tries to find the cause of the pain.

I've been a patient for about 10 years. It's a little rough when they hire new doctors that don't know your history, but once they realize you are an established patient with a great record everything evens out. You have to follow your contract and can't be short on your pill count but if you do that you're fine.
