Simply a terrible, exploitative company that makes profits by stealing from others. If you've ever wanted to lose access to your car and pay a racket just to be able to take it out of their lot, you've found the right place.
I would not recommend using their towing services as they are overpriced, unprofessional on the phone, and simply do not deserve your business. Avoid at all costs!

In response to me requesting their insurance information to file a claim on my missing tail pipe they responded with a photo and video of only the front of my vehicle and pointed out that the shadow on the street was proof that my Chrome tip over my tailpipe was still in tact.. three videos and the time . A SHADOW... on the street.. is their proof. Umm...ma'am... my tailpipe is on the drivers side. Can you please run your business like an actual business

This company has towed my car twice in one week. They definitely targeted my car, picked it up from my apartment complex. They are ruthless, no one should have to deal with a towing company while living in their apartment complex. I will be reporting to the Houston authorities, because this is price gouging and predatory practices. I came to find out their office is located in Stafford, so you can't easily walk in and file a complaint.

This towing service is actually less than ideal (gasp).
Getting towed is not ideal and I really don't like tow trucks and tow truck companies in general, especially the kind that whisk your vehicle away from a perfectly legal parking spot in the middle of the night, which is what Ideal did a couple of years back.
However, this isn't my most recent gripe with these guys, although I'm sure they do that stuff still. My gripe is that they get hungry and they come to a busy parking lot (Dun Huang in this case), and since there are no spaces, they Park their huge wide tow trucks right

I hate tow truck companies so much. Ideal towing 2 year ago was great never had a problem but recently, including today, just reminded me why i hate dealing with them. My apartment is partnered with them so when someone parks in your reserved spot we have to call them. Long story short... they never called or showed up so someone is just in my paid spot for free and I called twice about getting a ETA from the driver so aggravating after working a 16 hr shift and staying up 3 additional hours for a call that never came.

This company came and towed a car right out of my driveway. They're expecting us to pay over $200 to get it back. That's food off my table. We have cameras on 24/7 outside the house, so we have footage of this occurring. This has happened to neighbors before too. This interferes with our ability to get to work and our income. We have to miss work to go get the car. They towed the car almost 30 miles away from us, so how are we supposed to come pick it up when we need a car to get the car?
What they are doing to people is wrong. We will be sharing with the appropriate parties/authorities

Brittany is the most rude person I've ever spoken with. She should be suspended especially if she is a manager because she is unprofessional. She refused to give me the company email and even speak with a supervisor higher than her. I would prefer if my apartment complex used another company in general.

Towed my vehicle from my apartments and when I went out at 6:30 am I noticed it was gone so I immediately started calling them using the number listed on the sign. I called over 50 times in 1 hour (literally) no answer, so I looked up the address listed for the company and caught an uber there and its gated lot with no one in site. At this point im fuming because its raining and freezing cold and my uber drove off. I then start back calling them and then I finally get someone on the line she hangs up. Freaking idiots towed my car clearly marked with a parking permit from the same spot I've parked in for 2 years. Damaged my vehicle while doing so. And didn't even apologize for any of it. Not to mention I missed a day's work. They made me go all the way there to pick up my car when it should never have been towed to begin with.

Apparently, our apartment complex actually PAYS these jerks to come into our private, gated parking lot and leave nastygrams on our vehicles. We came out one way to see this huge red sticker on our windshield stating we needed to contact our complex office within 10 days or else we would be towed, no explanation as to why.
So, we went to the office and our rude manager (story for another day) proceeded to open this large log book and tell us our 2-step sticker was expired, with an arrogant smile. Yes it was, by like 3 days. We
