I spoke with Gibson on the phone, he was very helpful and great to work with. This is a great company, they were very prompt, kind and Informative. Victor just got done installing my new windshield and it looks great!

I will never recommend this place to anyone who needs a repair! extremely unprofessional with me, as a new customer he yelled at me and told me to take my business elsewhere because i was asking too many questions!! i will post this on yelp and anywhere else that i can give feedback on! think bbb will know how they racially select their customers

Definitely the best experience I have had for a windshield replacement. The customer service is outstanding. I am so impressed with the customer service and how quickly they responded to my request. Once I filed my claim they came to replace my windshield the very next morning. My car looks brand new again and that awful crack has now been replaced with this quality windshield.
Also because my insurance worked with Auto Glass Clinic, they even cut me a check for $100.00 it was that easy and handed to me upon completion of my car. I'm amazed and if I ever need to get my windshield replaced again ( Hopefully not!) I'll definitely know who I can reach out to and trust.

I hate to say this considering I read reviews about them before choosing them to replace my windshield, so figuring most were great reviews that I would be able to post the like, but I didn't have great service, the windshield is good the time it took was good, but I stood there during parts of the installation and I watched the tech rip the rubber part that holds the window down and I figured I would give it a day or two to completely adhere to the window but the molding wouldn't I spoke to the customer service rep Kyle who was extremely helpful and just asked me to take some pictures

GREAT SERVICE... Gibson and Victor were very accommodating and did everything to make it right... Firstly, the original OEM windshield had changed, whereby they eliminated the dark windshield tint at the top. Victor noticed this and before beginning the job advised me of this and said let me my supervisor and see what he says. He explained that he could get the glass but only from a third party vendor, (at no additional cost) and I advised that with our sun any shading helps and thats what I wanted. I then had to change service locations as the original one would not work for me the following

Called them yesterday afternoon and spoke to Gibson. They do a conference call with you and your insurance company to verify coverage and that they will accept what insurance pays. Then with insurance off the line they set up today as the install day...you can either wait for them to call you or call them after 830 to get your window of time for the appointment. Gibson said I was 9-11, 30 minutes later Victor called and said he'd be here in 30-45 minutes...he was. Installation took 30 minutes, clean job, got check, very friendly installer.

Had a chip in my windshield for a week and ended up cracking from end to end. The same week I received a flyer in the mail for $100 check for a glass replacement. I called and spoke with Gibson and made the experience very pleasant. They where out at my job the next day replacing my windshield and I received my $100 check just like they said! Awesome job, I'd refer anyone to them!

They took great care of my brand new truck with a brand new rock chip in the windshield. 30 minutes tops to complete the work and extremely reasonable in price.

Auto Glass Clinic was incredibly helpful! They were able to get me in right away and replaced a windshield for my car. This was a great experience - from the initial on-line booking of the appointment to the follow up phone call by Gibson. They contacted my insurance for me (no out of pocket cost) and called me back to confirm my appointment. The technician that came out was very professional and knowledgeable.
And, yes, I've received my $100 rebate.
