We repair all termite or water damaged wood such as sill plates, box beams, joists and subfloors. We repair all items on punch lists generated from Home Inspection and Township Inspection reports. We repair all items on punch lists from real estate Home Inspection Reports and Township Certificate of Occupancy inspections!

Thank you, Easter Termite and Pest Control for the extended repairs you completed for my elderly customer who was selling her home! I thank you for the replacement for all the sill plates and treatment necessary to satisfy the buyer and lender in order to close the sale!! I needed termite treatment on a house I was selling. I found Eastern on Google and decided to give them a try. I must say everyone that I was in contact with at the company to get the work done was very pleasant and they even gave me a discount for no reason! The service they provided was very thorough and it even came with a warranty that was transferable to the new owners at no charge! I will definitely use this company again! They are awesome and their customer service is terrific!
