Don and Val are an absolutely amazing team! You couldn’t ask for a more professional, experienced, organized, infinitely patient, caring, very responsive, friendly and kind, and just an overall extremely competent pair of realtors. You see, the journey my wife and I embarked on to find a home that we wanted to raise our family in was not without some serious bumps in the road. This “journey” lasted many months.

I had the displeasure of working with Don on a recent home purchase.
Both sides of the home buying process were dealt a bad hand when the appraisal came in below asking price.
Unfortunately, we could but agree on a price (I was not willing to pay more than the home was worth and the seller was unwilling to lower the price.)
Both parties should have been able to walk away from the transaction and gone on our merry ways. However, Don and the sellers then began to engage in unethical and deceptive practices in an attempt to keep my $9,000 of earnest money.
Don consistently showed he did not have
