Beware of dangerous can drivers! They seem to ignore all laws: Yesterday, this can in Easley, SC was doing double the speed limit to pass a row of cars in a merging lane. He cut me off by abruptly turning into my lane without a turn signal and missed me by inches, nearly causing a collision! Luckily, I had my phone with me and was able to get the specific vehicle involved.
