Called and requested that some come out and unlock the car. Told that it would be about 50 dollars altogether and it would take only 20 to 25 mins to come out. Guy called and then told me it would be 45 mins. 1 hour after that called them back and asked what the issue was and then was told that she would call me back. Never called back then I called to cancel 10 mins later and then told me it would be 20 dollar fee if he was 3 miles from me. Um no.......and this wasn't even for me but my sweet grandmother. Called someone else because these people are incompetent. Don't waste your time

AWFUL SCAMMER COMPANY!!! Called to have my boyfriends car unlocked while he waited at home for them to show up. The horrible receptionist with the nasty attitude said it would cost $19.99 to come out and then $25 to unlock. I said OK, even offered to pay upfront and she said no. 10 min later I called and cancelled cause my boyfriend thought he can do it himself. Mind you....I spoke to the same nasty receptionist, gave her my address and said OK it was cancelled. I get a text from my boyfriend 30 min later that they came out anyway and told him since he drove out he still had to pay a fee for

Called to have a locksmith come out to my work since I lost my key. They said they were sending someone out immediately. One hour later I called back and asked about the delay. They told me he was on his way and I asked them to have the technician call me so I could give him directions since the parking lot is large. The lady on the phone said she would. Another hour later, with no call, I called again to ask about the delay. She asked if I had called another company, which I didn't and don't know why they would ask that. I told them to cancel the call since no one had called or shown
