Services
Our team of highly qualified therapists combines 70 years of experience with an ongoing commitment to lifelong education to bring you the most advanced manual therapy techniques available. We begin with a full body evaluation to determine areas of imbalance and dysfunction. We understand that pain identified in one area may stem from a dysfunction in an entirely different area of the body.
Dadez Physical Therapy is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality, cost effective treatment. We accept a wide range of insurance plans as well as the option for private pay. You do not necessarily need a referral from a physician to start Physical Therapy: In the state of Wisconsin, patients may see a Physical Therapist with "Direct Access".
The Wellness Package model is used to simplify the patient experience. At an affordable flat rate, we want to provide the best services or treatment to address your health and wellness needs. All visits are 60 minutes in length and payment is due in full at the time of service with check, cash or credit card.
The FMS is a tool used to identify asymmetries which result in functional movement deficiencies. The FMS aims to identify imbalances in mobility and stability during seven fundamental movement patterns.

These movement patterns are designed to provide observable performance of basic locomotor, manipulative and stabilising movements by placing an individual in extreme positions where weaknesses and imbalances become noticeable if appropriate mobility and motor control is not utilised.
If you were unable to leave us a testimonial in-person, feel free to leave us a review on Google. Thank you for the review! After a snowboarding accident in 2007 that resulted in a severe concussion and alignment issues of my back and neck, I was neurologists, back specialists, chiropractors, massage therapists and other physical therapists, but the pain and issues always came back.

I’ve treated with Dadez PT for many years for post L R knee replacements and L R rotator cuff repairs along with migraine, head, neck, and strain issues. I’ve always been impressed with Wendy’s listening abilities and Karl’s techniques and all they have taught there staff over the years. I recently fell and scraped a knee. Even though I iced it for two days, it wasn’t healing. It remained swollen and unbendable. One treatment with Logan and I was walking normally, picking strawberries for an hour, and able to sleep in bed again. Their legacy continues. As always, thanks to the team at

I was having hip and low back pain. I worked with Wendy and Amie they were awesome. I had always had headaches and just thought it was part of who I was. I would go to the chiropator for both issues and it would only help for a short time. Dadez treated my whole body focusing on the my hips. Through stretches and exercise my hips are in good shape and I don't get headaches any more.
