Susan has over 15 years of experience as a makeup artist. Originally trained as a fashion designer, she worked in the markets of Montreal and New York developing product lines for national companies. Susan's involvement with fashion shows led her to a passion in makeup artistry, giving her a vast knowledge of make-up applications from natural to full out glam.
Susan worked as a resident artist for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics in Las Vegas and Kansas City, then transitioned to freelance work as a makeup artist for various national companies. Susan has now found her home at Halcyon Studio in the Kansas City Crossroads District, where she offers her services for special events, weddings, photo shoots and makeup application lessons.
