I worked as an administrative assistant at Birtwhistle & Livingston for about 7 months. I really enjoyed my experience there as everyone was very friendly and cooperative. My fiance and I first worked with James Dunn on renters insurance in Manhattan. He turned around the information we needed very quickly and offered the best rate. Then when it came time to purchasing our first car, we researched all the typical auto insurance companies. DO NOT use this firm! they got my name through an online quote for homeowners insurance. When the broker called me MANY days later (and a dollar short), as soon as I was beginning to explain to him that I am all set through another broker, he rudely hung up on me.. Not a way to do business and shows their colors. Be warned!
