I took my glasses to have a piece tightened that was coming loose. When my glasses were returned a large portion of the anti glare coating was missing. The woman admitted it was taped to prevent scratching the lens but denied it could have removed the coating. My $500 glasses are now ruined and they refuse to replace the damage THEY caused because they are out from under warranty. If you take your car in to have it serviced and they run it into something, is the garage not liable because it is out from under manufacturer warranty? I think not. I like Dr. Warren, but this is inexcusable. I will

This review is not about either Dr. Warren as I have never seen either of them. It is however about their staff in the eyeglass center. I took a prescription from my personal optometrist to have glasses made. Unfortunately the rx was wrong (1st time in 25 years) and I could not see out of the lens. After being told it was my fault because I was holding my head differently from when they measured me(really?). I returned to my Dr and had a new rx written. I gave Community Eye the new script along with the glasses I could not see out of. Three weeks later they call to advise my glasses are ready.
