Some of these reviews are really weird but Ill keep it short and honest.
At around 2020 I had a remote starter added to my car by them, they gave me a date and time and I was there at the date and time they told me. I was later informed I could pick it up the next day. Next day rolls in and I got a phone call, my car was ready. I had no issues with my remote starter up until late 2021. I went back into the store few days ago and was told I needed to schedule an appointment but halfway through that the technician said he could take a quick look at it. Few minutes later my remote starter was fixed

Wow what and experience!! Please beware of the owner RAY. I scheduled a window tint about 2 weeks ago and was asked to drop my vehicle off at 11. I complied and was advised my vehicle should be done around 530. My wife called around 4 to ensure our pick up time was still 530. Ray confirmed. As requested by Ray I showed up at 530 and was informed by Ray my vehicle was NOT ready. It was no biggie to me as Ray advised 15 to 20 minutes they should have my vehicle ready. My wife was the one who dropped me off and she wanted to wait until my vehicle was finished before leaving, we also had 3 kiddos under

I looked at their prices for auto detailing. They list $79 for basic and more. I chose this Waxweks to purchase a gift card for my daughter for her birthday. I drove out of my way, as well. When I talked to the owner about the $79 special, he asked me about the vehicle,a smallcompact car, if she had children, pets. Then, I was informed it would most likely be about $249.? WHAT!! I still purchased a gift card for $100. Not happy about the misinformation. I, literally, could have taken her car back to my hometown for half this price including gas and travel! I pray that they do a great amazing job

If I could give this place negative stars I would! I dropped my car off this morning at 9am to get it tinted and the guy I spoke to was nice at first. He was explaining the different shades of tints and the costs etc. I selected the tint I wanted and they pulled it into the bay and I left. I get a phone call at 2:52. They told me it was ready to be picked up. Also, they said that my battery died because while they left my doors open to do the tint the light was left on. So they charged my battery up for me. I had a remote start put in at WaxWerks in November of 2020. Within 6 months, it had stopped working. I called them and asked them if I could bring it in, as it is still covered under warranty. The guy went on a rant about people jumping other people and their remote start not working after, which wasn't my situation. I haven't even had the chance to jump another vehicle. Then he told me it was probably my battery and after having it tested, there is no way it's my battery. I ran over something in the dark. I thought it was a fast food bag someone littered. A few days later noticed that there was some blue material on the driver side of the car. Wasn't paint but it did not come off in the car wash. Not wanting to screw it up by buying some product I didn't know if it would hurt my car I called a collision shop. Business might have been there for years..but not with this owner.
t unpleasant person I've ever dealt with in a business.After not getting a return call to schedule appointment. I STOPPED by to make appointment.no one at the desk and when I finally got a guy to come inside to talk with..Must have had a bad day.I just wanted to make appointment..couldn't get it done.
Different owner from my previous visits.

$245 FOR NO RESULTS!!!! -DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR STEREO WORK.
First of all, the owner/manager seems like a great guy. That does not minimize the fact that my wife and I were ripped off! We bought an android stereo online. The stereo was installed by me and a buddy of mine. We could not get the faceplate for the stereo to sit flush. We went in, shared this with "Adam" the installer. His response was "yes" he could custom modify the facelate to sit flush and adjsut the stereo to allow for the same. That was months ago. Our car was kept for several days. Former manager Timothy Luther opened up and executed an ACIMA Finance account for fraudulent items in my name that I never ordered nor received. I have sent numerous certified letters to Waxwerks and Acima to rescind account and they willfully refused to investigate after former employees advised Ray Demaree owner of Waxwerks of the botched fake invoice Timothy Luther made to cover his tracks to justify payment from Acima to Waxwerks. I have request copies of a signed contract as well as copies of invoices for said items and they refuse to provide them. They have now damage my Credit Reputation

Had window tint done. It looks great and the installed properly. Due to being busy no answer right away, but rep called me back in 5-10 minutes and was very professional. Got in on the day of drop off with no issues. Pick up was great. Overall great experience for me. I am getting in this week for tint on my other vehicle. They do schedule times and I got in within a week and half which is okay because they are busy, but what place isn’t with good services. Everything that was explained was factual as far as costs, and I would recommend their services.

They were easy to get along with and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't come in there for. If you are looking to get any audio work done on your car, I highly recommend this place!

Called to set up an appointment and before I could get halfway through my sentence, the guy on the phone started yelling hold on repeatedly, even after I was done talking. He put me on hold so I said whatever and hung up. My business was not going to them. I then get a call back about 15 minutes later saying they missed my call. I explained I was no longer interested due to rude customer service, which was met with them hanging up on me with nothing said.

Got up early on a Saturday because I scheduled my car to be worked on at 8 in the morning. They didn't get my car in until after 11 because someone in their office doesn't know how to schedule their techs.

I brought my car in to have the radio replaced. I wasn't informed that I would be responsible for getting rid of my old radio. They just left it in the front floor board. They also left loose screws in my cup holder

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. They say lifetime warranty but they mean we'll keep your car so long and do such a crappy job you'll get frustrated and go somewhere else. Once you pay for the service, they couldn't care less about you. First time I took it in, 5 of 7 windows needed retinted. They kept it all day and only reapplied tint at end of day. Now, 2 of the 5 windows need retinted. Dropped it off at 8 am as requested (they were 20 min late opening up)...they kept it all day and still hadn't touched it. This place is full of scam artists. They tell you one price and when it's time to pay they say "oh they must not have told you about this $250 upcharge"
The woman that works at the front desk with dark hair is an absolute nightmare. She has a nasty mouth and a bad attitude. This place used to be reliable, trusted and customer friendly! Not anymore! Don't waste your time. No communication among office staff, poor scheduling and broken promises. No professionalism. If I good give negative stars I would. You have lost a customer (and everyone I know) for life.
I called a guy today and he had my remote start installed in 3 hrs, $100 cheaper than you with lifetime warranty! Peace out

I have used this waxworks location many times to tint the windows on several different vehicles I have owned over the past several years. They seem to always do an excellent job, in a timely manner, and at a good price.

They also give you a lifetime warranty on the tint as long as you own that vehicle and keep your receipt. I have not had them do any other installs such as alarm systems or stereo systems but they seem to know how to install window tinting very well.

The staff is usually friendly and helpful. The waiting room although small does have a lot of their items on display so at least
