After research, I asked Dan to do my car: a 2008 Mercury Sable that has all the bell's and whistles. He came out, looking like quite the pro but then spent 20-30 minutes telling how my car wasn't really a detail job. (Read -- not easy enough to make high enough profit.) He finally hinted because he was very busy and my car would take longer, he would rather I wait for a month or so. I was pretty sure I would never hear from him again and I was right. The thing that really frosts me is that both car and the seats are good shape. I've run multi-million dollar sales teams for a career. Conclusion

Looked professional, talked the talk but didn't walk the walk. Dan came out but spent 30 minutes telling me about his great service all the while making excuses to brush off my detail job. If you have clean luxury car to get detailed on an ongoing basis, Dan might be your guy. I wouldn't know since he never called back with the promised quote nor followed up after I agreed I would wait a month or two when his business was slower. Well, it's his company. He can do what he wants.

Found Dan's Detail on Yelp, trusted the reviews and took my husband's car to be detailed while he was away, as a surprise. Dan worked around my schedule to pick up and deliver the car. When I saw the car, I was amazed at how clean and shiny the car was! It wasn't that dirty, we take it to the car wash once in awhile. But this was different, I could see immediately that whatever Dan did, it was way beyond what any car wash could do. The inside was impeccably clean as well, and he kindly put a few things that I left behind, into a ziploc for me.

Our car was filthy!! We were in desperate need of a good car cleaning! For seat fabrics and carpet too. Started searching around. We search reviews every time we have a need. It was hard to find a good car detailer that had any reviews. And the ones that did were not good. I stumbled across Dan's here on Yelp. There were no reviews. Checked out his website.
