No show for appointment 2 weeks prior, no call/text/VM full. Tried to reschedule for a week. They rescheduled for Saturday Memorial Day weekend, no show again. No call/text/VM full. Beyond disappointed, as they were a referral, and I canceled family plans on the holiday weekend for no show. Would NOT recommend. Unacceptable business practice.

Booked appointment months prior, canceled on the day of. Rebooked 3 days later and no show and no call, text or voicemail. Can't get a hold of anyone. Made adjustments in my work schedule to be here since they were working on getting us in quick. Noone will return calls or texts. DO NOT USE. Used to be worth the extra cost, no longer reliable.

I know how my review response will go based on the responses the business owner gives to other frustrated customers. She points out how “it states in their site” this and that and essentially blames customers for their misunderstanding. If you ask me, it’s all excuses for poor communication and a complete lack of professionalism. We waited for 6 weeks to get a Saturday appointment at 7:30am that was confirmed by text 2 days prior to the visit. Our Saturday appointment was missed without a call, response via text message or VM left at the business. Found out 2 days later that the groomer didn’t

When our mobile groomer of many years retired, I was sad and apprehensive to find a new groomer because we have had not so great experiences in the past. I have 3 dogs, so mobile grooming makes my life a lot easier and less stressful for the pups. I called and made an appt. Jessica from Vanity Fur showed up right on time. She instantly cooed at my pups and snuggled them which made me feel at ease. I told her to groom my 3 Yorkies as she saw fit, and didn’t give her much direction. I was ELATED when they all came back with legit the best cuts they’ve ever had. Jessica is kind, a great groomer

The day of the appointment I was called several times and asked to move up my appointment from 5:30 to 4 to accommodate the groomer. I had to leave work early to make this work, which was fine, I was happy to help. At 4pm I got a text that the groomer was running late and wouldn't be there until closer to 5pm. The groomer did not show up until 6pm. 2 hours after my appointment time that was moved to accommodate them. This was my first time using them and I was watching the van through the front window. The groomer had brought along a helper and he told me he would just be there to make my dogs

What a great experience for my two huskies!! Both pups look fantastic. Bathed, brushed, deshedding, teeth brushed and nails trimmed. The prices that they quoted were appropriate for the work they had to do on the pups. One thing to note is that if you are new customer to contact the groomer prior to your appointment. It made the process much easier as they knew what they needed to do for the appointment and I was well prepared for the cost.
