We are a local, family-owned and -operated home care agency in the San Francisco Bay Area, fully licensed in the state of California, that maintains a limited number of clients. Unlike big senior care agencies and corporate run services, our personalized focus starts and remains with you and your loved one.
We never forget that our clients have placed an enormous amount of trust in us to take care of them in their own homes. That's why our values guide our business practices, each and every day. That's the Caring Hands difference. We specialize in 24-hour, live-in home care. Our caregivers are available for companionship and care on an hourly basis, for respite and hospice care.

My experience with Caring Hands and specifically Kathy Campbell has been wonderful. When it became clear we needed care for my 93 year old mother, Kathy met with us and took the time to understand our needs and get to know my mother personally. She has since visited her many times to check in. On many occasions, she has gotten on calls with me to address any concerns/ changes. The Care Pros that work with my mother have a sincere interest in her well being and communicate with me regularly. I am grateful to Caring Hands as we navigate the reality of an aging parent and all the changes that entrails

We were able to get my Dad's very well qualified caregiver through Caring Hands with very little notice. They've been very transparent and responsive to any questions or concerns. I've been impressed enough with their level of personalized attention that we referred them on more than one occasion. I feel confident to continue recommending them.

I have been a caregiver for over thirty years. I have worked for a lot of different agencies over that time span. Caring Hands is by far, the best agency I have ever worked with. The staff is made up of quality people that truly care about their clients and employees. I would highly recommend them as an employer or as a care provider for your loved one.

How does one bear the unbearable? How does one handle a devastating situation which one is not physically or emotionally prepared for? With help; help from trained, compassionate and experienced people who understand exactly what is happening.
During the week of my mother's hospice, Caring Hands provided the most amazing people, two true angels who assisted my father and myself through the most difficult, tragic time of our lives. Siu and Fina were with us all day (literally, 24hrs) treating my mother as if she were their own. They tended to us as well; sensitive and supportive but never intrusive

I'm writing this review for Caring Hands Caregivers and specifically for Kathy Campbell.
Five years ago my sister, who had never been sick a day in her life, had a stroke that left her unable to use the left side of her body. She went into a wonderful rehab hospital and started making small, steady progress. I went in on a Thursday to take her clean laundry and was met by the news that she was to be released the following Wednesday. I guess the panic showed on my face. I knew she would be released, just not that soon. The release coordinator said she was going to try to get her an additional week

We were referred to Caring Hands Caregivers by our daughter. After suffering a stroke and in a SNF, it was time for my husband to come home. There was a planning session with the Management Staff prior to his arrival to review his needs. This is an Agency that is flexible, responsible and well organized. Questions were answered and suggestions made to make a smooth transition. The CarePros are friendly, kind and supportive. The scheduling staff were in constant contact to see if questions/concerns were needed to be addressed.

We contacted Kathy Campbell of Caring Hands Caregivers after my mom suffered a traumatic brain injury requiring brain surgery. Post surgery she was languishing (instead of improving) in a skilled nursing facility due to lack of care. We took mom home as soon as possible with 24/7 care from Caring Hands. Because of the great care from the two caregivers, in less than two months she is almost back to her pre accident self and moving toward independent living.

Caring Hands has been my employer for many years now. They offer very competetive per hour or daily compensation for caregivers. And they're very attentive to the needs of the clients and the caregivers as well. I really enjoy working at Caring Hands, everyone in the organization strives hard to treat the caregivers and the clients in a dignified and loving way.
Once the client has been placed under the care of the agency, Caring Hands will be in constant communication with them, checking their status on a regular basis, even visiting the client at their home just to bring box of chocolate or

Five years ago my husband was diagnosed with Parkinsons. I had some previous experience with caregivers for both of my parents, so I knew I wanted to find someone as good as what I had previously experienced. I interviewed several different agencies, who for the most part, came in with beautiful brochures, very slick...Kathy came with none of that, a brochure, and her amazing personality, I immediately knew that Caring Hands would be my lifeline. We have been with her and her Agency for 5 tumultuous years, I could not have found a better partner for my husbands care. We are now entering full time

Scott and Kathy are wonderful, yet the business is no longer Caring Hands. It is Honor. It is a mega Senior care company (which was acquired by Home Care Assistants). The initial assessment will be done by Kathy, or someone awesome, then you'll never speak with her again. You'll be assigned a care manager who will be your primary contact. We found the caregivers to be kind, etc, yet when one had to move on, or take vacation, etcetera the gap fillers were dolts. Very poor experiences with the day trippin replacements. Felt part of a large company. Just filling the slots. It&apos

As my parents approached their 90's my mother's dementia grew worse, and my father was finding It difficult to walk. It was evident that they needed help. They both still lived in their own home and were adamant about not going into Sr. Living (my mom is now deceased). Caring Hands was recommended to us, so we contacted Kathy Campbell who came to the house to meet my parents. We liked her right away, and she made my parents comfortable with the idea of someone coming into their home to help them. She assured us that they would match up the right person for my parents, and so she did

I'm not surprised to see I'm not alone in my high regard for Kathy Campbell and her Caring Hands Caregivers. Her 20 yrs of experience have provided our family honest elder evaluation and care giver management services. She continues to be a life line in difficult times. We met Kathy when my 92 yr/old father and his GF wanted to stay independent and go back to their home from the Sunnyvale Rehab after he tripped and fracturing his leg in 1/2016. Then 6 month later again after he fell and hit his head while gardening. Then again in 4/2018 after his beautiful 90'ish GF companion fainted

I had a stroke and needed sudden day and night care for tests and medications every two hours. We had the most wonderful women from Caring Hands who came to care for me. Each of them were responsible, personable and loving caretakers. I already miss them now that I no longer need home care. I can't rate them highly enough!! And Scott Stanley's service setting them up so quickly was amazing. Highest recommendation for Caring Hands!!

A few weeks ago, as I prepared for back surgery (L4, L5 fusion), I knew I'd need an extra pair of hands when I got home from the hospital. I talked to my doctor, the wonderful John Madej, and he quickly recommended Caring Hands. I did some research, and their pricing came in slightly better than other caregiving firms in the area.
When I called, owner Scott Stanley quickly offered to come over and look at my home to see what kinds of challenges I might be faced with post-op. I was very impressed with this, especially since I was only asking for 24 hours of care.

We needed someone full-time to live with my father who has dementia. After many terrible experiences with other agencies and caregivers we were fortunate to find Caring Hands Caregivers. This agency and their staff impressed us very much. Caring Hands Caregivers is a relatively small, highly-flexible, very responsible and well organized agency. They don't just throw caregivers in to see if they "stick", rather they consider the client and strive to employ excellent loving and responsible caregivers. I highly recommend this agency - we have been working with them for well over
