The sensational Salsa dance is one of the most popular dances we teach at our studio. The dance is Fast, and requires a lot of communication between partners. For that reason we encourage everyone to not be too critical of themselves when they are first being introduced to Salsa - Give yourself time to absorb and practice!
Learn how to swing dance! At our studio we teach two types of swing lessons: West Coast and East Coast swing. Classes in either style of swing dance will provide you with exercise, entertainment, and equip you with a new skill. East Coast swing is a fun, upbeat dance that can be danced to several different types of music.
Bachata is a lively rhythmic dance from the Dominican Republic. It is a fun, sexy club dance that has an entire genre of music devoted to it. In today's world, Rumba is a versatile Latin dance that can be danced to a variety of different music. It is slower paced, and great for beginners. Our private Rumba instruction will move at your pace. In a private lesson our instructors will take as much time you need to ensure that you feel comfortable with the movements of the dance.

The Merengue is a fun dance that focuses on the hips as well as the feet, and if you love Latin music Merengue is a dance you will want to learn. Merengue is music that is meant to be moved to.
