For over 40 years, members of Pacific Medical Buildings' ("PMB") senior management have concentrated exclusively on the design, construction, and operation of healthcare facilities. PMB Real Estate Services ("RES") was formed by PMB as a wholly-owned subsidiary in order to ensure enhanced service levels to specialized tenants.
PMB Real Estate Services offers comprehensive leasing and marketing support for our clients\' business needs. For the range of needs from a physician in need of representation to a building owner in need of lease-up, PMB Real Estate Services is equipped to provide a market-focused approach that suits our client and tenant needs.
The PMB team has the capabilities to manage all facets of construction management from project management on new facilitiy development to simple tenant improvements. Our team will manage the projects from beginning to end. We will review manage the permit process and construction plans, bid the projects to a minimum of three vendors for each trade, and engage the appropriate vendors in accordance with ownership guidelines.
