Critical: Professionalism
Brought my car here per my insurance for minor accident repair on the front of my car. It took them over a month, longer than they originally told me, and when I finally got my car back my windshield had a huge crack in it. They told me there was nothing they could do but acknowledged it happened while in their care.

Car was brought to them for rear bumper and camera damage due to minor accident. Repairs were performed in a timely manner and shop made arrangements for alternate transportation while mine was repaired. Bumper looks like new and backup camera is now perfect. Great communication and customer service. Highly recommend Key Collision and their Team!

I was recommended to have my vehicle repaired here by my insurance carrier after I was hit by another vehicle. They called for me to pick up the vehicle and I found no less than 5 things wrong with the vehicle. They missed a spot of matching paint to the vehicle that hit me on the bumper. Then I started to look for what else they missed. The seat belt would not retract by where they performed work. They broke a panel when they removed it to do work. There was missing bolts/ screws on multiple panels where they had performed the work. Then I drive it away and hear a noise coming from the area they

I dropped my vehicle off on May 12th and as of May 28th they still have not repaired it. They claim they are waiting for parts which is understandable, but they took off my rear bumper ( the vehicle was drivable) and claim they can't put it back on. In other words it's no longer drivable. The real kicker here is they charged my credit card $1200 on May 12th. I have used many collision shops over the years and this is by far the worst.

Very friendly and completed a day ahead of time. The only issue we have yet to resolve, is that there are still 3 marks that are remaining, from our vehicle actually being pecked all around the car by a tall male wild turkey who saw his reflection in our shiny newish car! Our neighbors witnessed this ridiculous event. Most of the damage was completed, yet, we also found scratching on the drivers side windshield AFTER the work, so not sure what happened, or why. Will hopefully get this resolved and give them a 5-star review afterwards.

Great place for repairs! I was rear-ended and my car was pretty damaged when I left it there. Pictures speak for themselves. I won't bother going back, I do appx 1000 miles a week, need my vehicle.
Re-used peice above hitch, horrible prep, great spray though skipped doing the lower sections/mudflaps to blend it in properly. This is just your typicall direct insurance rate shop, great office staff though, and great paint spray, grew up in the garage business, I'll post my before/after picks, I m not being picky.
