Ryan has dedicated his entire legal career to representing people injured by foodborne illness. His passion is holding food producers accountable when they poison their customers. His unending goal is to make the food we eat safer. Ryan gravitated to the science-driven foodborne illness practice in part because he comes from a medical family.
Brendan has spent his entire career helping people seriously injured and their families. He began as part of a trial team working on behalf of a woman who lost fetal twins and the family of a man who died, both as a result of contaminated deli meat.

Bart Torvik is a skilled personal injury and foodborne illness attorney, with years of experience in litigation. After graduating at the top of his class from the University of Minnesota Law School, he clerked for Judge James M. Rosenbaum, the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
Lindsay became a lawyer to help people. Growing up in a rural Wisconsin town, she didn't know any lawyers-but she has always felt the drive to fight for the "little guy" against a system designed to take advantage of those without resources. At OFT Law, Lindsay gets to fight for people that can't fight for themselves as part of an incredible team.

OFT Law representatives were amazingly responsive, very empathetic and understanding of the case, and they exceeded expectations. No one wants or expects to go through such horrible tainted food experiences, but, if this were to ever happen again, I would consult with the Oft Law firm for a quick and satisfying resolution. Brendan and the OFT team helped my family after my mother got a Salmonella infection. I was in a bad car crash in Minneapolis, which caused injuries to my neck, upper back, and arm. It became difficult for me to work as much as I had before, and I had to go through several courses of physical therapy to try to get better. I was walking through a crosswalk near the University of Minnesota when a truck ran through a red light and right into me. I badly injured my knee and needed medical intervention. Brendan took the case and even though I had prior knee problems, got a great result. He communicated the process through out and was always available to answer any questions I have. Lindsay was more than perfectly competent, patient, kind, and ultimately successful. I was in a nasty car crash in 2018 and with a recommendation from a friend, I came to Lindsay in aftermath of it all. Ryan Osterholm is without a doubt one of those most caring human beings I've ever met. Well, I never actually met him. But, for over 2 years Ryan represented me when I got E. coli from an establishment called "Chicken and Rice Guys." It was an interesting case due to the fact that I didn't test positive for E.Coli, however it was clear I had it. Not only did Ryan fight for me, this man would call me once a week consistently. I was in a pretty bad bike-car accident on the University of Minnesota campus several years ago. I hired Brendan Flaherty on the recommendation of another lawyer and am really glad I did. He knows bike cases and got a great result. Unfortunately, years after that I was T-boned in a bad car accident. I eventually needed a major neck surgery. I went to Brendan again and was thrilled with his representation.
