Q: Do you see any patients with special needs? A: Yes! We treat many patients with special needs and are very accommodating to meet the needs and goals specific to the individual. Q: Do you do sedation dentistry? A: Though we do not do IV sedation at our office, we have methods to ensure a comfortable and painless visit.

Dentists and one particular hygentist are excellent, but office staff is horrible and completely unhelpful. I decided to pull my family from their practice after 6 years because I just can't deal with the stupidity of the office staff anymore. Missinterpreting HIPPA and being unworkable for families are some of their main flaws.

I can't say enough good things about this place and am glad I found it.
I tried the "chain" dentists and another place for a few years and always felt like just a fast food customer - in and out quickly as possible. There was no getting to know you as a person. Maybe that's something you're after, but I'm not.
The care and consideration I get going to Preserve Parkway is top notch. It makes going to the dentist all the more enjoyable.
