After checking out 3 other local options to fix the damage that I had caused to my sister’s brand new car, I chose Helio Gomes and High Q. I was not disappointed one bit. The shop is impeccably neat, clean, and well-organized. Helio was spot on with his estimate and he was sensitive to my need to get things fixed ‘like new’ again. He expected to keep the car for a week … and it was ready and beautiful within 4 days. I would HIGHLY recommend High Q for anyone needing their services in the future. I hope I don’t need them, but that’s the only place I would need to look if I do. THANK

I got the basic car wash for $9 and there were lots of streak marks left on my car afterward. I really think my car looked better before I got it washed here. Maybe it’s my fault for choosing the cheapest option, but a car wash should not leave streak marks all over the body of the vehicle. I won’t be coming back despite how close my work is.

Helio and the HQ team were outstanding. The HQ body shop and office, both of which are impeccably clean and sanitized, are conveniently located behind the Dunkin' Donuts in West Concord within walking distance to the train and other downtown businesses. I showed up without an appointment and Helio reviewed the damage to my car and was able to give me a printed out estimate on the spot. The price was exceptionally reasonable and Helio did not require a deposit. Helio ordered the parts which arrived within 48 hours and the car was fixed a day after that. Got some cosmetic work done on the front bumper and back right panel. Don't know much about cars, I called Helio, he got me in that day, explained everything, got me a quote, I left the car with him that day. Next week I show up, car looks as good as it did brand new, price was fair. Super high quality, and especially helpful to folks that just want to get their car fixed and don't know much about the details of it all, but want a great high quality job done quickly.

HI PRAISE FOR Hi-Q! We recently brought our Crosstrek in with two damaged doors. Helio at Hi-Q, on his own initiative, advocated for us with the insurance company, which had only authorized payment for 2 "used" doors from a junkyard in RI [I couldn't decipher the insurance gobbledegook]. The ins co blinked and gave it up for new doors.
Timely, conscientious, courteous service. The cherry on top - they cleaned the interior, and I mean CLEANED it. Like driving a new car.
Can't hardly wait for our next accident! [um, joking, of course...]

They did a great job on multiple small repairs on my car. From a puncture/dent on the tailgate to bumps, scuffs and chips all around the vehicle. The quote was immediate and the service was accommodated shortly thereafter, at my convenience. Results excellent, price fair, service excellent. Plus, they cleaned up my car a little on the inside -- total bonus!

I was very happy with the body repair work that High Q performed on my car door . (I had a small but very deep puncture hole from a renegade shopping cart that flew done an incline).
The turnaround was very fast (one day!)
The work was impeccable.

I am very glad I took my wife's car there to be repaired-after being hit in the rear. Needed a new trunk lid and bumper etc.
They estimated 2 weeks for the repair, the car was ready in 12 days.
Excellent paint work matching the 9 year old original paint. They even buffed out some scratches on a side door without me asking them.
Body shop is very clean and bright. The owner is very knowledgeable about auto repairs. I highly recommend High Q Auto Body.
