My Insurance company recommends I take my vehicle to a body shop they "work with", can I bring my vehicle to Gigliotti Auto Body? A. You have the right to have your vehicle repaired by any repair facility of your choice. Some insurance companies have contracts with repair facilities and use this method as a way to save themselves money.

Great company! I was involved in two minor accidents in a car I wasn't concerned about being cosmetically perfect. Both times the team told me the damage wouldn't result in rust, and that there was no work needed if I didn't mind the cosmetic damage. Then my car was damaged bad enough that indeed rust would be a problem. For a very reasonable price they did repairs that exceeded my expectations. Anybody who will turn you away when you don't need their services have earned my business when services are required.
