Pool Guard of LA installed our pool fence and the whole process was easy and professional. We first worked with Tim, who surveyed the pool and offered suggestions on how to best design the proposed fence. He listened to our feedback and helped us put together a plan that met our needs. A bit later, William and Jordan returned to install the fence. The fence looks great and William even anticipated our usage needs by included a few panels that, while still secure, would be a bit easier to remove in the event we have people over and want more flexibility. Contacted other pool fence companies for estimates but they had trouble setting up an appointment with my schedule as Mon-Fri I work long hours. I spoke with Tim and he was able to come out on a Sunday to give me an estimate. As we spoke, he knew what I was looking for and was knowledgeable. No upsell, no B.S. which was great. Gave me a price and at that point I decided to choose his company and stop trying to look for others.
Price was right ( and I researched it ) and saves me the trouble of even attempting the job.

Loved that Tim was quick to come to my house to give me a quote on our gate. The following week our gate was installed by John who was very professional, kind and meticulous. Great customer service and job well done. Competitive prices and great quality. Like the color choices and happy with overall result. The only small issue I had is two fence gaps were a little too tight , creating uneven gaps between fences. Tim came for an estimate and also came to adjust the fence after installation. Also brought extra caps for holes in the cement . when kids are older we will remove fences and will be able to cover the holes in the cement.

No pressure or hassle. His company was able to install in less than a week, which was perfect! The installers were fantastic. I highly recommend them. Tim called me shortly after I requested a quote, came out promptly, answered all of our questions, and the fence was installed a few days later. Jon our installer worked quickly and had the job done in just a few hours. We love the fence, it's sturdy and easy for us to open but keeps our baby out.

I called these guys out and they came out the very next day. Their level of service and quality is unparalleled. A few year after meeting them we remodeled our backyard and needed to reconfigure our fencing. Again, they were out almost immediately and performed an impeccable job.
