We had Southland Vinyl install fencing on two properties. We were sold on the lifetime guarantee. We didn't expect to need to use this guarantee multiple times but we have for both properties. The keypad handle that was installed on both properties doesn't stay locked or latched on both properties. Twice I have had the gate of our dog run fly open. The second time was after the owner came to fix the gate; his staff had come out twice before to address concerns with the gates. This evening our dogs were out front after the gate flew open. Aesthetically we found the options much more appealing

Worst customer service I was expecting to get an estimate and the sales rep/ project manager Gary never showed up instead he looked at my property through google called me over the phone told me my job couldn't be done because it was too difficult and too far of a drive when I'm in La county as well as the business and said he didn't actually need the business because he has plenty of work right now! But he did offer to give me a number of someone that use to work with him he's a handy man and he said he probably lives close to me so he might have more ideas and be able to do

We had a vinyl fence constructed around our large air conditioning units at the front of our house. The work that was completed was not exactly what was on our plans. After a call to the owner to discuss the construction he agreed that the work that was completed was not exactly what was on the plans. The owner then arranged to have the existing construction largely dismantled and entirely new fencing installed. We are very happy with the new construction. The crew were wonderful, the product on good quality and we are very happy with the final product. Southland Vinyl is strongly recommended

Found this company on the internet. Called and made an appointment for estimate. Sean came out and gave a estimate to install a vinyl fence. That was were the on time, professionalism, and honesty ended. When the date for install came we contacted Southland vinyl and Nancy in the office told us they didn’t order the material for our job. 7 days after original install date the promised to start. They showed up at our house and dropped of materials then disappeared. Second day they actually started working on the job. We were informed that our block footer was loose and the could not properly install

OMG what a great product. Kevin and Danny did a great job of removing the old fence panel and installing almost 100 feet of new panel. It took two days, they were on time, and very pleasant. Could not be happier w our vinyl fence and solar powered gate in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. From the very first visit.... to scheduling .....to workmanship .....to final install.....everything went smoothly and the final product speaks for itself. We want to acknowledge Dan, Kevin, Gary, Doug, and the entire crew for excellent services provided. The fence is beautiful and the solar powered steel gate runs smoothly and quietly without requiring electric wires under lawns and driveways.

It's been over two years since we had our beautiful deck built at our San Pedro home by Southland Vinyl! It still looks as nice as the day they completed it!
So we called them again to replace our old, ugly gate which is next to our front door and they just completed that about an hour ago! And, again, they did a GREAT job and what a difference it makes right next to our door! It's nice doing business with professionals - 5 STAR***** again!

I had a completely positive experience with Southland Vinyl, starting with a quick response and visit from their salesperson Gary who was friendly and knowledgeable, and turned out to be a dog person which was great because my dog was being a little barky and protective.
Gary looked at my house and gate area and quickly made a color suggestion, which was actually a very good suggestion but I had my heart set on another color. He explained what my options were for gate height and positioning and wrote up my order. He gave a completion date that was 6 weeks away which I wasn't thrilled about

- Happy with the finished product, and they were a bit less expensive than Vinyl Concepts
- Vic was very flexible and worked around my schedule, coming to meet me at my house at 8 am before I go to work
Cons:
- They didn't start the day that they were supposed to, and didn't even call to let me know they weren't coming; this delayed my pool enclosure inspection
- We had agreed to have the gate installed with the post on the left but they installed it on the center (but I like it so that worked out okay)
- The springs weren't installed tight enough so I failed my pool
- Happy with the finished product, and they were a bit less expensive than Vinyl Concepts

The people interested in going this direction as far as property wall or fence additions, please call and talk to the above business! The work and property enhancement is incredible! Please view the pictures provided and see how after a year the not related wall is weathered and the above Vinyl fence still looks like new! I give this association A+'s across board!

After several consultations from other vendors, we selected Southland Vinyl. Damn, I feel duped.
I have only 3 criteria when it comes to selecting a vendor:
1. Price competitive
2. Excellent Customer Service
3. Quality Product
We are satisfied with the final installation of the fence and gates (so far), and the fact that they offer lifetime warranty on labor and materials. 2 stars off for lack of follow through and marginal customer service, after the fact.
Our salesman and "Project Manager" Gary was knowledgeable and easy to talk to, at first meeting. We were having a fence replaced
