Used them a number of times. First 3 cuts were awesome!! 2 cuts after that, broke something each time with no compensation, cuts were uneven or spotty and flowerbed had grass blown into it . The last time they didn't show 3 times no call or text communicated as to why or anything! Acted the same with a family I referred to them. Always excuses, rarely accept ownership and offer solutions.

I inquired about adding temporary service on July 15th 2020. We agreed on the 22nd that I would like to start the service on just my front yard and was sent an invoice and I paid. Now I did not specify that I wanted them to start right away, but I ended up having to ask on the 31st when they would start the service. the finally mowed for the first time 15 days later on Aug 6th. After that they never showed up again. It was raining on and off and I was very patient with that,but with grass in FL my yard was a jungle. I asked when they’d be out and was told a day and they never showed. Finally

Was having on-going problems with prior service. Given reviews for Grasskickers decided to give them a try. They came within a week and cleaned and trimmed up the yard beautifully. They returned and edged and mulched. Landscape never looked so good. They are super hardworking, diligent, respectful and extremely detail oriented. Very impressed. We have hired them on an on-going basis. Highly recommend.

First off- they came the next day when I inquired about needing lawn service. I love that they are a veteran business. They have great responsive communication when I need to change the day they mow or if I have a question. They are fast and very diligent about cleaning up and doing a very thorough job. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for your lawn needs. I never leave reviews, but felt compelled to leave one after seeing how great this crew is doing.
