We cater events of 15 or more and can customize your event from buffet to full service. We offer raw bar, amazing homemade appetizers, a selection of meats, side dishes, and vegetarian entrees as well as clambakes so that everyone in your party has something to enjoy. Services
Our menu is fully customizable and works much like a restaurant so your guests can have exactly what they want. Marinated Bell & Evans boneless chicken breast, brown rice with quinoa, grilled Italian sausage, corn on the cob. Fresh zucchini, summer squash, & peppers marinated and grilled, brown rice with quinoa and corn on the cob.

I cannot say enough great things about Backside Bakes. We hired them to cater our daughter's wedding at our home and, honestly, the food was better than any wedding venue I have ever been to. The guests were so excited to see the fresh, delicious and large lobster sitting on their plates!!! Not to mention, clams, mussels, sausage, and corn. The steak option was also delicious. The appetizers were also a big hit. Our guests were truly raving about the food and service. Thank you Backside Bakes .

Look no further if you're searching for a lobster dinner on Cape! Matt and Kristi are responsive, friendly, organized and pay attention to details. The food is excellent and exactly what you want of a classic lobster dinner. The pricing is very reasonable and their setup, staff and efficiency on site is above and beyond. They took all the stress away and left us feeling like we could really enjoy our party. This is a quality, professional and really impressively run business; we look forward to having Backside cater for us again.

In planning for the big day, Matt was an incredible resource and receptive to all our ideas (and we had many). We hired Backside Bakes to cater a 50th anniversary party for 40 people. Our venue recommended them to us, and the menu looked good, but I wasn't prepared for how great the food would be! We stuck with a menu of steak, swordfish, chicken, sides and salad. Everyone raved about the food at the party! The staff was also very professional, even thinking of putting salt and pepper shakers on each table for the guests, and cleaned everything up. Very pleased!

Attended a party Tuesday catered by Backside Bakes & they exceeded our expectations. Not only was the clam bake delicious but the staff took amazing care of us. Our family said hosting the party was made effortless by the staff. They created the tablescape, presented the food beautifully & cleaned up spotlessly!

We used Backside Bakes during our stay in Chatham on 8/13/19 for 60th birthday celebration.There was 13 of us, the team of two cooked and served clambake with the most delicious clam chowder ,steak and chicken as sides. From set up to clean up it was so seamless despite the rain, the most professional group I have ever experienced for in home catering.

We had a backside bake with Matt for 11 ladies for a bachelorette party. Fabulous food, fabulous service which provided us with the best evening possible. The lobsters were large and fresh. The corn was sweet. The chowder was the best I can remember having. Backside Bakes is easy to work with and are very flexible with your individual needs. ​Backside Bakes made a great weekend remarkable.

My little sister had a non-traditional wedding and we had a weekend party with some close friends in Osterville. Backside Bakes came in on a Saturday night and set out an impressive spread for us. We feasted on lobster and our non-lobster friends(even our vegan friend) had plates that made them happy as well.

Hired Backside Bakes for a clambake for 28 people and every guest was highly impressed with the delicious food and phenomenal service. The owners made everything easy, from booking the dinner to clean up. Would highly recommend this company for clam bakes. They even worked around food allergies professionally. Hopefully will have the opportunity to throw another wonderful party so we can use them again soon!
