There are many instances when you just need to know the value of a property and that is why we have developed the "General Value" appraisals. Not to be mistaken, these are COMPLETE APPRAISALS with the same integrity of research that you would find in a mortgage appraisal. The difference is these are "user-friendly", easy to make sense of, and can be used for various applications.
The steps taken to determine the Fair Market Value of a property are nearly universal among real estate appraisers. Although each property we evaluate is different from the next, the steps for the typical piece of property are very similar. These steps include standard processes, market and subject research, and reporting.
Our firm is unique in that we specialize in appraising many different types of property on a regular basis. Our experienced staff is comprised of residential specialists with the knowledge and experience to solve even the most difficult and complex appraisal problems. Our availability for Hays, Bastrop, Caldwell and North Williamson county is decided on a case by case basis.
All appraisal assignments will be paid in full prior to the completion of the appraisal report. If you are paying with a credit or debit card, we ask that you make payment prior to the site visit. These payments can be made online across this website or over the phone. If you are paying with a check, money order or cash, payment will be collected at the time of the site visit (when the appraiser visits the home).

These guys are great -- responsive, timely, efficient, willing to get the job done even if it means working through the weekend. I had decided to sell my home FSBO, so I needed an accurate appraisal to establish a fair listing price. I didn't know anyone first hand so I did a GOOGLE search and decided to call Round Rock Home Appraisal.
My phone call was returned promptly and an appointment was made. Robert arrived promptly at the agreed time. He looked over the property, made his notes and asked a few questions. He told me my home was in good shape and would probably sell quickly and at the top of the market.
Within twenty-four hours I received my appraisal by email. I was pleased with the detail of the written appraisal
