He received his Doctorate in optometry from the Indiana University School of Optometry in Bloomington, Indiana in 1998 and his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA in 1990.During his training, he helped supervise the training of optometry students in ophthalmic optics and had external rotations at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio and The Eye Institute in Salt Lake City, Utah.

EDIT: It’s 2022 and Dr. Rebuck & Associates is still the best! It’s so refreshing to come across people who love their job and it tells. Everyone is so nice and getting to pet Anya is a bonus!! They’ve adapted well to all of the new protocols and seemingly haven’t missed a beat! I have recommended and will continue to recommend them to others.

My son being a typical teenager, broke his frames and NEEDS glasses. I went in to Rebuck and they had his frames in stock but in a different color, and because we had been with them, she gave me a discount and even offered to do the same for another pair just in case. We always get in quickly and they are so very nice. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs an eye doctor.

I spent hundreds of dollars on glasses that broke in half, 11 months later. They wouldn't warranty them. Told me they were waiting to hear from the frame manufacturer and never again called me. They put my lenses in $10 plastic frames that weren't sized large enough for my face. The lenses they use are subpar - only about the size of a dime (in the center) on the lens was correctable, the rest I couldn't see from.

I had not gotten a new pair of prescription glasses in seven years. My eye insurance would pay for a new pair every two years but the old ones still worked. Okay the nose pieces were gone as was one of the arms holding them in place on my nose, but still 99% effective. That said it was time. Past time for a new pair. That said my wife wasn't pleasured by our previous eye care professional and we had heard good things about Dr. Rebuck and a few other Optometrists in Charles Town and decided to give him a shot.

I took 3 of my children to one appointment. They where quick. The staff was wonderful. Very attentive & took time to explain details in the protective glare/cover for lenses . My son is a new licensed driver so I thought that was worth every penny. The eye doctor seemed very knowledgeable and honest. I definitely will return.
