Dr. Ian Sheppard has had a strong interest in health since he was very young. During his chiropractic studies, Dr. Sheppard was fascinated by the idea of helping people without using drugs or surgery. It was this natural approach to thinking about health that made him decide to attend chiropractic college.
At Oregon Head & Neck, our chiropractic care works well for all ages, and we see patients ranging in age from 5-year-olds to 95-year olds. I chose to go to Oregon Head & Neck based on all the 5 star views. I added another 5 stars to this facility. Dr Sheppard is just a great guy, professional and truly takes time to listen and care. Went in for what I thought was a neck injury. I was scared and not knowing what was going on with my neck/head and couldn’t sleep for 3 days. Dr. Sheppard diagnosed it as Vertigo and fixed it during that visit. I walked out of the office relieved and back to my normal self. Another perk- great location! Highly recommend!

After 5 years of left-sided neck/shoulder/hip/foot pain that would feel somewhat better with physical therapy, acupuncture, and massage, but did not resolve, my PT suggested I see Dr. Sheppard. His amazing work has allowed me to get back to all of my outdoor physical activities almost pain free. I also know that with a little more time I will be completely pain free. His calm and relaxed demeanor will help you feel comfortable and cared for.

Dr Sheppard is the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to! After getting in a bad car accident several years ago, I’ve needed regular adjustments or I’m really uncomfortable much of the time. I was referred to Dr Sheppard and was SO happy to find him! He is kind, very knowledgeable, and has top notch equipment. I feel great every time I leave his office! Highly recommend!

I had been experiencing migraines for 5 yrs. Then in Dec. 2018 I was a 5 day migraine and decided to take the advice of a friend and contact Dr. Sheppard. He created space in his schedule to see me immediately and did and complete and thorough exam. I am happy to report I have not had a migraine since! Everything feels better!

Dr Shepherd is one of the best. I have yet to find an issue that he cannot resolve. He resolved my lower back issues and he is the only person who has ever been able to get ribs back into place so easily. He has also done a great job with my kids and help decrease chronic ear infections. I am not sure what my family and I would do without him. Thank you!!

I have been visiting Oregon Head & Neck since December 2018. I went in to help address pain in my mid to upper spine and the straightening in the curvature of my neck that was beginning to occur. Through consistent non-invasive adjustments, the pain in my upper thoracic has completely gone away because of the adjustments in my neck. I am also able to head load more effectively as my neck has gained significant improvement in the way its rests on my spine. Dr. Shepard is educated, compassionate and very helpful as a Dr. of Chiropractic care.
