Many women develop dissatisfaction with their naturally small breasts. Women also experience deflation after pregnancy or weight loss. Breast augmentation, or breast enhancement surgery, enlarges a woman's breasts with breast implants. Women choose breast implant surgery to achieve their desire of a fuller bust and a more proportionate body frame.
Over the years, the breast skin loses elasticity and the breasts begin to sag and droop, losing their shape and firmness. Breast drooping can also be caused or worsened by pregnancies, breastfeeding, and weight changes. A breast lift is a popular procedure to elevate your breasts to their normal position and restore volume, fullness and shape.
Women with large, pendulous breasts may experience back and neck pain, dents in their shoulders from their bra straps, skin rashes, poor posture, and difficulty fitting into clothing. Exercise may also be difficult. Overly large breasts can make women and especially teenage girls feel extremely self-conscious.
Women who have had breast augmentation surgery may decide that they would like to have breast implant revision surgery to improve the appearance of their breasts, as the look and feel of their breasts may have changed over time. Occasionally, women desire to have breast implant revision surgery because they were not satisfied with their original breast implant surgery results.
Women who have previously had breast implants placed for breast augmentation surgery will occasionally decide that they wish to have their saline or silicone implants removed. Breast implant removal surgery restores breasts back to natural breast tissue. Some women would like to restore their smaller breasts and will be happy with their natural breast tissue.

I am extremely pleased with my surgery results and the total care I received from Dr. Lo and his entire staff. From the onset, I was met with attentive professionals that provided emotional and educational support for what my procedure would entail. Right after surgery, I received calls at home to check in and advise me during my initial recovery. I had such a wonderful experience at this office! The staff here is very welcoming and warm. Denise walked me through the initial process, letting me know what to expect. She was helpful, thorough, informative, and just a downright sweetheart! Annie did my lip injections and did the most incredible job. The experience was very comfortable despite my various google searches and late night research (don't do this at home!). She was extremely thorough, and put my mind at ease from start to finish.I am so happy with my results and I will 100% be returning!

Dr. Lo is amazing. I finally decided that I was going to take the first step to finally getting a breast augmentation and scheduled an appointment for a consultation. Naturally, I was nervous and wasn't sure what to expect. Dr. Lo answered all of my questions and informed me on the types implants he offered. He explained how each implant would shape my breast differently and had examples that I was able to hold and feel. His team was amazing and the day of my consultation I was able to see a 3D image of what my future would possibly look like. I was SOLD and couldn't contain my excitement

So my name is changed for privacy BUT I just had my one week post op Breast augmentation appt today! This was an on/off decision my husband gave me his card since I wanted to get Botox and well I got a breast augmentation instead and the staff is AMAZING!!!! I LOVE the results. I was borderline for lift needed and did have to get it done. I trusted Dr Lo to make that judgement since he explained to me he did not want me waking up unhappy if he didn't do it. I still need to let the stitches and everything heal but I must say when a Dr calls you the night of your surgery to check on you shows

What an amazing experience!!! After researching local surgeon's in the area, I decided to go with Dr. Adrian Lo for my breast augmentation surgery. I knew as soon as I had my consultation that I not only trusted his opinion, but I knew I was in great hands. We had discussed and tried on some different sizes to accommodate my body and I knew I was ready to sign the dotted line! Dr. Lo is truly a plastic suregeon with amazing skill and talent. I'm estastic with my results, and it's only been 6 days post opt. I thought the pain and down time would be more after getting a mommy make over, however within 4 days I was up and moving and off all pain Meds. Dr. Lo himself does his surgeries from beginning to end. He and his staff have made this process very smooth and effective for me and my family. Dr Adrian lo is amazing!! The staff is amazing! I had a tummy tuck and breast augmentation and I am so happy with my results! I feel like a new person and it has given me so much confidence! I have two children and pregnancy did a number on my body...i had so much skin hanging and i had no belly button bc i had hernia surgery and my doc messsd me up and sewed over my belly button...it was horrible! I would never recommend dr Lo to anyone for liposuction!! Do not go to him!!! After 2 revisions and thousands of dollars later my stomach area is still lumpy and uneven ! Another side note . His nurses are rude and do not have follow through info to get you ready for such a operation, such as letting you know that you have to buy an corset for after the operation. Completely avoid this place.

Dr. Lo and his Staff have been great to me. My first visit to his office was one of the best. I felt very comfortable and valued as a patient by Dr. Lo and all his staff. I found Dr. Lo on RealSelf.com. He was highly rated and has a background in oral and craniomaxillofacial surgery. He is really skilled at chin osteotomy which in my opinion is better than chin implants, but he does both. I went in to discuss different options for my face, particularly my nose, and I'm so glad he had 3D imaging to show me what the possibilities were because what's possible in our minds is sometimes different from reality and I'm so happy I could figure that out with imagining beforehand. Dr. Lo and his staff (Gina and Margie) are absolutely fantastic to work with. They are very thorough, caring, and prompt. I went in for consultation in August of 2011 and was on the fence about having the procedure done. I was quoted at a price and just needed to set the date.
