This winery not only offers the best wines, but has some of the most awesome customer service in the world. Why? We received our club shipment wine.. packaged expertly, but during transit and temperature fluctuations one of the bottles cork was half way out. Of no fault of Lake Chelan winery...but they are replacing it and sending in time for holidays! Who does this? Lake Chelan Winery does. Glad we stopped in your winery when in Lake Chelan. We are a customer for life!

A great local winery offering a good mix of wines to satisfy any price point or palate for all customers. The service is exceptional and very friendly. They offer a basic tasting at no charge (becoming a rare thing) or an extended tasting for $10 which they'll waive with a bottle purchase.

Have been going for 4 years and good service. Went today and the tasting pours were tiny, and we were served on a political basis after small talk with the server/waiter/sommelier (?!) (after paying he made it verbally clear he was of the opposite political party). Disrespected, shorted a pour on the paid tasting, and poor attentiveness. My BF hates this place but he goes there for me. We will no longer go!

Rude server. Granted, we were not dressed very well tonight and had our elderly mother with dementia with us - perhaps it appeared that we wouldn't spend much. We had actually hoped to grab some food, taste a variety of wines, and purchase a few bottles to share with friends arriving over the next several weeks. Our guest hoped to pick up a few things in the gift shop. We waited near the counter patiently. The server tended to others and told us to hang on at least three times (we were not being pushy or asking anything at all). When I asked whether there was wine tasting outside he replied

This place is amazing!! The service is great, the food comes out quickly, and the scenery is beautiful. The reason that I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because two members of my family ordered BBQ tri-tip steak, and both steaks came cooked very differently. The menu says medium rare but one steak was wayyyy overdone, and the other was underdone. Other than that, everything else was amazing! It's such a cute place and it is a good experience! Definitely would recommend...just specify how you want your steak cooked. :)

You initially walk through the doors of Lake Chelan Winery to taste their delicious wine. Once you fall in love with their wine, you can’t help but notice the overall feel of the entire winery. The amazing BBQ in the back yard and the kindness of the staff makes this winery our favorite time and time again. We tour wineries every year and LCW is always our favorite at the end of our annual vacation.

Myself and my girlfriend at the time stopped here as she had never been to Chelan before. We decided on BBQ and found the Winery. Tasted some amazing selections from their wine menu and had some delicious BBQ in the backyard set up they had. Could not have been a more perfect atmosphere. Highly recommend

This place is so cute and beautiful! The staff is very nice and the food is soooo good! My food was very light and fresh but enough. The atmosphere was friendly, romantic, and fun. They had live music, kids were playing, special occasions were happening and we still had privacy while we ate. This is an absolute must try if you are in the area!

Such a fun night! Molly (our server) had amazing energy when she brought us our wine and amazing BBQ.
Wine - if you like white/Chardonnay you may love "Falling Cow White" - I sure did.
BBQ - Tri tip was my selection. Amazing flavor and juicy. The cole slaw would be classified as my dessert. Not sweet at all but so good that I ate mine and my parents! Love the celery seed addition.
Our night concluded with a fun night of live music by The Lake Boys!

First time coming here and i wanted the best experience, Highly recommend the baby back ribs. We ordered the full rack, and it comes with beans and coleslaw, the coleslaw was not overwhelming as normaly it would have that tang, but they have a subtle sweet into it.
Would also suggest to come early than 6 as people start coming in and had to wait a little for the table. It was a great experience. And don't forget to to have the wine, Stormy white. Divine!

Incredible cheese, meat and cracker selection and the wines are fantastic. But when you go make sure to ask for Emma. This young woman is an incredible find for this winery. She was so very helpful and makes an amazing charcuterie board. So very kind and sweet. We will be back.

There are what... five dozen wineries in the Chelan valley? So you need something to set yourself apart. They've done that. The biggest is the BQQ in the summer. It's a lot of fun, and a great atmosphere (between the rows of grape vines). They also have a very good selection of wines. And are, to my knowledge, the only winery that doesn't charge for (limited) tasting. Enjoy!

This place was so cool. At the time we went it was our first time being here. We were camping and I knew this area was filled with wineries and I'm glad we chose this one. It's so breath taking when you go there. Everyone is super nice. The inside is unique and I love that. They sell cheese and you can sample it and it's the bomb. They also have a cute little gift shop as well.

Wow, we LOVE THIS PLACE!! Yes I'm shouting! I've had enough good wine to shout. The wine is exceptional and the service friendly. The BBQ was going around back and we stayed for dinner after a wine tasting. The BBQ was delicious and hit the spot. We walked away with 4 bottles of wine, a full tummy and a happy smile.

Settled for the BBQ tri tip dinner which came with coleslaw and baked beans $19. The tri tip was underseasoned. Slaw and baked beans were good. Serving was smaller than anticipated -- 3 slices, maybe 2" wide by 3" long, of tri tip, small cup (think those to-go ketchup cups) of slaw and baked beans. It was also inconsistent -- my friend had the trip tip and hers was a tad better tasting.
Another in our party had the Rib Meat Sandwich

This place is great. We love coming here every time we're in Lake Chelan. The menu isn't huge, but my son swears by the chicken and mac & cheese combo he creates himself ala carte and the rest of us love the ribs. You can buy their wine by the bottle and enjoy it outside on the lawn in and among grape vines.
With COVID restrictions, they are providing all food in to go containers, have all their tables socially distanced (and it's an outside establishment) and require everyone to wear masks. They have clean lines and one way systems to help people distance. The staff is

Wine was yummy and views were amazing but the BBQ was expensive and looked like a dinner that you would get on a long haul flight. The salad looked like the kind that you grab out the fridge at the grocery store plastic container and all. The cornbread was tiny and tasted like absolutely nothing. Cost $100+ for dinner 5 people and 2 didn't even get entrees and that's not counting wine. We will not be returning.
