A lot of wreckless drives and hit and run to your car a got 2 hit and run one last September and one this year on 02/25/21 and alertly no one seen or heard a single thing when is very desdurbing living in that parking lot

Rosemary has been a fantastic landlord and attentive to my needs as a tenant. I have kept in contact with her the entire time prior to signing a lease and she had taken the time to discuss the fine details. Any questions or concerns I have had are immediately answered and taken care of.
The apartments are a tad small but considering the location and the stability they offer is well worth the price. The community is safe and they provide services and activities year around (such as block parties and an on site computer for the tenants). Everything was updated with new flooring, appliances, countertops

The manager will lie to you, steal from you, and then try and sue you. I lost over $25k due to shady loopholes in the lease agreement. Not to mention the rampant drug use in the park amongst lots of other shady happenings. THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN STEAMBOAT!

Dream Island is a great value in a great location. The manager , Rosemary, is unbelievable. She helped us in every way, from the application to the payment set up, and also made some great recommendations for furnishings and apartment set up. The website makes interaction and payment very easy. Dream Island is a great alternate to the stereotypical housing in a resort town. Great Value! Great Service! Great location!

Loving my new unit. Rosemary was super helpful throughout the process and continues to be. The Cottonwood unit I rented is perfect for me and my gear and this location is incredible. Thumbs up!
