I was charged $1,200 for ONE countertop. There is no way a laminate countertop could ever cost $1,200 including installation. The property manager failed to provide any evidence to back this absurd charge. I lived at mountain village for 3 years and ran into numerous issues. James likes to talk down to residents or that could be isolated to women. There was mold in one of the closets and was noticed upon move in, management was informed, nothing was done. It was still there when I moved out. Rent was lost/misplaced a few times. You can hear you neighbors toilet flush. Walls are thin. These apartments
